#3-West Bay 2 Bedroom Apt-2 min walk to the beach!

This luxury two bedroom suite is conveniently located on the second level near the pool with two private balconies . It consists of two large bedrooms with a king size bed and large private bathroom in each. It has a large living room area, dining table and full kitchen. There is also a gas fired grill available. It’s walking distance to an undeveloped beach, or you can continue on to famous West Bay Beach or Westend Village. Spend your day at our infinity pool and hot tub.

Casa Blanca has a 3 level contemporary Villa containing three separate rental units, as well as a studio casita. Set in a beautiful jungle setting, just 200 steps to the beach. Has a large salt water infinity pool and hot tub. An outdoor entertainment deck equipped with loungers, hammocks and patio tables. We provide the ultimate Caribbean experience! All the perks of a boutique hotel, at half the cost.

All suites have a private entrance and private deck. You have full access to all outdoor areas of the property.

We have a three person team her to assist you. Myself, my property Manager Dolly, (here 6 days a week from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM). We also have an excellent grounds keeper named Ramone who is here from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 pm. Ramone only speaks Spanish but a translator works great!

New upscale community with two five star boutique hotels and restaurants, mostly rental or expat homes. Experience the hustle and bustle of west bay or west end or a completely relaxing atmosphere and vacation on property. We are a five minute walk to the Roatan Rum Company, Gumbalimba Park, South Shore Canopy adventures and zip line, and many other attractions!

Car Rental is available (we can arrange), taxi, and water taxi available from our dock. We have parking on site if needed.

We offer round trip airport transportation from the airport with a stop at the grocery store at the beginning of your trip, and then pick up at your suite and return transportation to the airport for $100 US. This makes check in and check out worry hassle free!

We offer the use of the laundry facilities during your stay for a charge of 20$

Wonderful stay. Guy was an amazing host and very responsive. Great location out of the busy West Bay area but close enough for a leisurely walk to West Bay. Pool was relaxing and so many friendly guests. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

Dolly and Guy were both very friendly and helpful whenever we needed something (even when just asking questions about places to go). Very quiet at night.

Jungle paradise

We loved our time at Casa Blanca. The views were breathtaking. The location was perfect for our group as we enjoy having a kitchen but also could make dinner reservations at the surrounding properties. We will be back

Great family stay!

We enjoyed a week stay at Casa Blanca and can’t wait to go back. We opted for the arranged pick up and drop off at the airport and both drivers were so kind and made transportation a breeze. Great sized rental with plenty of room for 4. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and a great kitchen for cooking meals. We loved the pool and macaws and the short walk to the beach and West Bay. Guy was great with communication and recommendations!

Amazing vacation!

My husband and I truly enjoyed the most relaxing vacation here! The pool and hot tub were great after a of scuba diving or snorkeling. Guy was a wonderful host and available for any questions we had. A walk down the hill and you are on a beautiful beach walkable to either west bay or west end. There are some great restaurants we visited in west end....Drunken Sailor, Ginger's and Argentina Grill. It was a perfect vacation!

Beautiful location

Guy was an exceptional host and the property manager, Dolly, was excellent. The property was well maintained and the suite was clean and well appointed. Bottled water was provided and the kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was a short walk to the beach, dive shops, restaurants, and water taxis. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. It was a very enjoyable holiday!

Guy communicated well. We were able to text back and forth. He also arranged transportation to and from the airport for us (with a trip to a grocery store on our way to the property). The apartment was perfect! Loved the salt water pool and hot tub. The ocean and restaurants were a 2 minute walk away. And it was very easy to catch a water taxi to West End former shopping, other restaurants, snorkeling and SCUBA. We had a WONDERFUL time!! We felt very safe and loved the area!!

Casa Blanca is our new go to place!!

We had a fabulous week in Roatan. Thank you so much to our lovely hosts Jason and Allison for making us feel so at home. Your place is amazing. Our rooms were so spacious, clean and having our own ensuite was luxiurious! The morning and afternoon visits from our parrot friends, the relaxing pool, hot tub and deck and the beautiful location made it a vacation to remember. Thanks also to Alberto who not only was a patient Spanish coach, but also took care of our every need. We especially appreciated his help with our first ever attempt at paddle-boarding! The zip-line just up the road gave us plenty to do!! We'll be back! Julie and Adam, Dave and Jill

Loved our stay at Casa Blanca! 👍🏻👍🏻

Casa Blanca was in a great location and was equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We loved having our own rooms and ensuite bathrooms. The grounds and gardens were beautiful and Jason and Allison 🇨🇦 very helpful to answer any questions we had. Casa Blanca is close to both West End and West Bay - but away from all of the crowds, which we loved. An easy 15 minute walk on the beach to West Bay or $3 boat taxi from the dock. You don’t need a car but we had one and found it great for touring around the island or going shopping or going to get groceries. The beach was minutes away and both Ibagari and Xbalanque boutique hotels great for meals or drinks when you didn’t want the crowds or to go into town. We thought the Ibagari had the best coffee and food from all the places we tried. We would definitely go back to Roatán and Casa Blanca! 😎

Great spot minutes from the beach

I stayed here to dive with Clearwater, and it was perfect for that! The beach was just a 2 minute walk down a nice little road. The place was clean and the hosts were excellent - very friendly and good communication. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at Casa Blanca. Highlights are the infinity pool, hot tub at night, macaws in the morning and the lovely beach. We are so grateful to Dolly who went above and beyond to help with internet issues as well as helping store a few things when we went off island. Guy was approachable and friendly too. The location is perfect - We walked or took water taxis to West Bay and West End. Had drinks at Xbalanque on their pier at sunset. Good stay at Casa Blanca. Thank you

Overall the property was excellent and the location was awesome.

I loved this home. The full kitchen, private pool and jacuzzi was great. Few things to point out: there was really no hot water in the showers and the jacuzzi was only warm. Other than that I had no complaints, I will consider this home when I come back to Roatan!

We had a wonderful vacation at Casa Blanca.

Jason & Allison are amazing hosts. Their suggestions on what to see & do were so helpful. The location of the house is excellent & puts you walking distance to West End or West Bay. Coming home everyday to your own pool & hottub was fantastic. The house is stocked with everything you need. We even cooked dinner a few nights which a nice option. Having the BBQ was great. The snorkeling & diving in Roatan was very good. We went with Sun Divers & they were very organized, knowledgeable & you felt like you were in expert hands. We attempted fishing but had no luck. You have to try Oasis for dinner- one of our favourites. And if you rent a car for a day be sure to go to the Sloth Hangout & do lunch at Cal’s. Overall we had a wonderful 12 days.

Roatan... Hooked for life.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying here. It was our first ever Family vacation that wasn't at a huge all inclusive. It really is hard to put into words the perfect vacation my Wife, Daughter and I had... the pool, Hot Tub, perfect rooms, sitting on the dock every sunset, the nest of wild Macaws (no need for an alarm), having Marcos pick us up at the airport (its like hanging out with the Mayor of Roatan... he will take care of you... goes above and beyond), Alberto (who is absolutely amazing... anything you want or need... kayaks to the water... hot tub turned up... kill a huge wasp... he is your guy... cant say enough about this young man). This was our first time ever to Roatan... and as I said we are hooked for life. We miss being there everyday. Any concerns or needs we had (since it was our first time we did need a bit of baby sitting) Allison and Jason got back to us right away and made everything perfect. Some of the things we did that deserve a mention here... Dinner at the Xbalanque at the bottom of the hill overlooking the water... we had a family dinner here... the food was perfect (it was so good I had to meet the Chef)... Randy our server... hilarious... eat here, you won't regret it. Quality Time Divers... we had our last day tour with them. Snorkelled, fished and watched the sunset with ice cold beers. Our Captain Otto and his son Alex gave us a memory that will last a lifetime. Quality Time is owned by Marcos and his Family... as I mentioned... they will take care of you. The water taxis... they are so crazy easy to use. With a wave and a hola you are on your way to West Bay or the West End. On that note... the West End... pack for the day... rent some chairs... sit and have swim and go buy some buck a beers from the local store. When you read it is really chill... it really is that chill. Since we have been back we have been telling everyone about this property and what Roatan is like... it is a really special place. We are already planning on when we can get there again. Oh... and the snorkelling... it has ruined me for anywhere else. Just swim out... it is like being in Finding Nemo. A huge THANK YOU to Allison and Jason for letting us stay... loved it!!!!! A piece of advice for anyone going to Roatan (we flew from Toronto, direct flight)... book the first flight out and get to the airport early. It is a very small airport and crazy busy... like crazy busy.

My property is located just a quick two minute walk from the beach. Yo can either spend your day at the beach in West Bay with all the beautiful white sand, sun and ice cold cocktails or recover from night in West End Village beside our salt water infinity pool and hot tub. We are surrounded by lush jungle and tropical birds. The wild Macaws come into visit my birds every morning and every night.

Our property has a large sprawling relaxed garden. The pool and deck areas are secluded and perfect for sun bathing or spending the days getting to know the other guests from all over the world! Each suite has a large bedroom and a well appointed bathroom. the suite also has a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances big and small you may need to prepare a perfect meal. There is a comfortable living room area with a smart TV for the nights you choose to stay in. There is also a small deck off your entrance where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.
