Beautiful Townhouse with spectacular gulf views ! Open the front door to the patio and listen to the sound of the surf.

The townhouse is located on the second and third floors. Furnished with king size size bed, full bed and 1 queen bed with twin above. Fully renovated kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, stove, and full size fridge. Living room has TV, DVD, wireless internet. Both bathrooms have been updated with beautiful finishes.

Located in close to the residential area of Navarre Beach away from the crowds of the high-rises, only 1 mile from the National Seashore and 2 miles from the Navarre Beach Causeway.

You can also enjoy the multi-use path that runs the length of the island and into the National Seashore for running, walking, or biking. Rentals are available for bikes, kayaks, jet ski's, sailboats, surf boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. No pool at this property.

You should bring beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, sun screen, any extra towels over the provided 10.

First negative review in 7 years

In my opinion, this property should not be rented until some serious repairs have been made. There is obvious water damage and black mold in the unit, both the front door and balcony doors do NOT lock. The washer/dryer combo does NOT work and the property has a bad smell. The ocean view listed on the post is inaccurate - there is a large condo that is being built directly in front of the listing obscuring the view.

Not quite what I expected but we made it work....

I would like to give 5 stars to the owner Jade because she was nice and responsive during our stay. However, I would have to give the townhome less stars. The view of the beach from the townhome was good. There were some updates within the home and nice beachy decor. However, upon entering the home it smelled of mold/ mildew. It didn't smell like it had been cleaned. The downstairs bathroom is very small and seem to have an updated sink and toilet. However, the tub/shower definitely needs to be replaced and the entire bathroom could use some fresh paint. The kitchen was nice and well stocked as the living room and decor was nice and had a beachy feel. The stairs rail needs to be fix as it can cause unwanted issues. The master bedroom does not cool like the downstairs living area. It was very hot and humid especially if you need to use the combo washer/dryer. The washer was dirty with lint all over the door. The upstairs bathroom was fine. The downstairs bedroom needs a new mattress which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The living room and bedroom TVs, we could only watch apps and not local channels and no remote for 2nd bedroom. Overall, the stay was ok. Jade did offer to have the AC repair to come over but we didn't want anyone to come to the townhome while we were not there or have to wait there until they arrived. I would suggest that the rental is inspected for cleaning and maintenance more often to ensure things are getting done properly.

Great little place

This little condo was so convenient and cute. It’s right across from the beach and sitting on the porch and looking at the ocean is the best! I’d definitely stay again!

Wonderful Communication/Location

Even though we had a hiccup during the trip, I had to rate the property 5 stars simply because of how great the host was to work with! Jade was extremely attentive to anything that came up. We loved the location and enjoyed our trip even if it did rain most of the time. We're already planning our next trip to Navarre!

Location is the key! It is cozy and lovely and is very close to the beach. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds very much!

Surprise trip

I was planning my husbands 40th trip and I was able to find this gem! Jade was FANTASTIC to communicate with and the place was perfect! We were able to cook out breakfast, had everything we needed for cooking for more but we went to the local spots she recommended for us. The beach was steps away! My husband and I were very impressed with all the beach thing we had access to, the book of all the places to go for whatever you were feeling and she was just a message away if we needed anything! We will be coming back and bringing our 3 kids!! Thank you Jade again for being a great host!!

Great place and location

We loved our stay here in Navarre. The Townhouse is great. The only thing I'd say is we could have used more towels there didn't seem to be a full set of towels for each person and the kitchen had most of what you'd need but we ended up having to buy some measuring cups and spoons for us to use because we had some baking projects to do while we were there and no cookie sheets but we made do with the pizza pan. I'd stay here again and/or would tell others I know about it.

Great home at a great location!

We were overall very pleased with our stay and will definitely be returning again. This was our first time at Navarre Beach and we fell in love. The house was great. It was perfectly roomy and cozy for my family. Jade was excellent in answering any questions we had. We were very pleased and are already looking towards planning our next stay!

Beach family fun!

Everything was just as the pictures and narrative showed. Comfortably slept six, easy walk right across the highway to the beach, very quiet, parking no problem, the owner was easy to work with. The coded door made coming and going easy without chasing a key. Kitchen was well equipped, and linens were plentiful. Internet worked well as did the television. Normally those aren't make it or break it at the beach, but we had three days there, two with torrential thundertstorms and one with dense fog. We visited the turtle center and the Naval Air Station. The National Seashore is beautiful in any weather, and the beach town restaurants and shopping in Pensacola Beach weren't too far. We would visit this area again and look for this townhouse.

Beautiful view, beautiful place

This is such a cute townhouse! Very close to the water, and the view from the upstairs is gorgeous. Plenty of bath towels, a very well stocked kitchen, sand toys available, such a great find. The decor is darling. The beach area wasn't at all crowded. The owner, Jade, replied to every message promptly. I would definitely return.
