With access to the endless stretches of beach, Peppermint Grove beach, caters for everybody looking for space and tranquility. There is also 4x4 vehicle access to certain areas of the beach. Situated in a quiet area, but yet close to the hustle and bustle of Busselton and Bunbury. Only an easy two hour drive from Perth, "The Law's Rest" could be just what you need to recharge.

This double story house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms

Bedrooms are situated:
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom with Queen sized bed + Ensuite (Bathroom 1) with ocean view
Bedroom 2 - One Queen sized bed and two single beds with ocean view.

Down Stairs:
Bedroom 3 - One Queen sized bed
Bedroom 4 - Two single beds with ocean view

Sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children

Bathrooms are situated upstairs and downstairs with easy access and use.
