I restored this 1885 Victorian, hoping to stir your creative juices with an eye towards beautiful historic artifacts, artwork and whimsical charm. She's an incredible original and I can't wait to hear your first impressions of her!
The Whittier Wonder is centrally located. Walk to local coffee shops, really great restaurants or enjoy the nearby Denver Zoo or the Museum of Nature and Science. Come and work from home for a month or for however you like. I can't wait to host you!

Travel themed TV room has Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime and Showtime to enjoy. The central AC will keep you cool in the summer. Gorgeous hardwood floors and brand new carpet. Nest thermostat. Fully renovated in 2016 with an eye towards detail and charm. Cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. Custom artwork and antiques everywhere will astound and inspire you. Relax in the leather chairs and plan out your day! Nest security camera installed on the front door for your protection.
