Operating under Village of Pemberton License Number #713. 550 square feet ( 1 bedroom suite). Please be advised that registered paying guests only may visit at the property or stay at the property. Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m. Please let us know your ETA when you book with us so that we know what time you will be arriving! Welcome to our 1 bedroom with a comfy king size bed that guests love. Stunning views of Mount Currie from the living room window and views towards Mount Meagher from the bedroom. We have a kitchen and dining area. In the living room we have a large screen HDTV with full cable along with a queen sofa bed (use of the sofa bed incurs additional charges). Use of the sofa bed is $85.00 per person per night + tax. Let us know in advance if you require the sofa bed so that we can make it up. The bathroom has a tub, shower, sink and toilet. Beautiful cotton linens & towels along with toiletries such as shampoo & conditioner & soaps, bathrobes, are provided. A lovely sitting area outside in the garden is available to enjoy. We have skiing, snowshoeing, golfing, swimming, fishing, hiking, paragliding, jet boating, canoeing, walking on trails and biking at our back door. Must be 26 years old to make a reservation. No smoking or vaping in the unit or anywhere on the property and no pets are allowed due to allergies. Bike, skis/poles & snowboard storage is provided in our garage or you can leave your equipment in your vehicle whichever you prefer. Also the mountains have lockers you can store your equipment in at the Carleton Lodge.

Upon checkin extremely detailed instructions on what to do and what not to do, lots of rules. But omission of explanation of heater adjustment.We were required to fill in a form with all our personal details including credit card details. Supposedly a VRBO requirement that we have never come across before. We didn't stay, as the host became hostile when she outlined that no one was to be on the premises outside of us two. She was speaking to us as if we were teenagers who hadn't paid to rent this space. We let her know we had planned to have our friends finish getting ready for the wedding we were attending with us. She reiterated that no one is to enter the suite at all. We did not know it was a policy. She became more hostile and stated that we were threatening her. When we agreed not to have anyone else enter the suite (as we were tired and over it) she said she no longer trusted us and asked us to leave. When I asked her to ensure we could get a refund, she said it wasn't up to her and VRBO could only authorize this. I wanted her to call them before leaving, but she became more hostile and told us to go. We found alternative accommodation (which the concierge was gracious and very helpful after hearing what we had experienced), but when we called VRBO, they said it's up to the host to issue a refund. She told VRBO we were not following the outlined policies and that we had asked to have more guests stay there. 100% untrue and manipulative. We spoke with VRBO, and they said they could not help us. The host didn't respond on the messaging platform until the next day and cancelled the reservation, stating, "I hope you can find a space to accommodate more guests". From what we could tell, the space was lovely, but 100% not worth the treatment from the disrespectful host.

The property was located in a quiet and comfortable area but the landlord was not well and they didn’t reply to our calls. The water was shut off before we were about to leave and when we tried contacting them, they did not answer. It was a wonderful property with horrible people.

Ok, but no central air just a portable AC for living room and property manager wouldn't let us leave it on in the day during the 38 deg weather. Rooms very warm on return and cool down took hours.

Great place to stay

This is a lovely apartment with great views and very comfortably furnished with everything anyone would want, especially the kitchen which was probably the best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. The hosts are lovely with lots of local advice and we had a great week walking in the area. This place is highly recommended.

Convenient Pemberton stay

This one bedroom was on the top floor of a house, with a good view of Mount Currie. It is a 10 minute walk into town, with good access to the highway, and the occasional bear sauntering through the back yard.

Well equipped beautiful suite

Quiet comfortable clean getaway

We had a great time staying here. Sue is a great host and had lots of insider information about Pemberton and Whistler and made our trip more fulfilling. Sue was great at communicating with us and the King bed is so comfy!! We will definitely be back again. And David's homemade chocolates are amazing! Thanks Sue!

Very nice one bedroom accommodations in a quiet setting close to town.

Spent a week in the apartment Location and furnishings were quite good and Susan and David are very friendly and helpful.

Recently we found ourselves needing accomodation in Pemberton. After looking a few places we found Susan's conveniently located one bedroom suite. Our two day stay was comfortable, quiet and met our needs completely. Won't hesitate to call the next time. Thanks Susan snd Dave

Unbelieveable views and quiet location beautiful 1 bedroom suite

The suite has everything we needed. The king bed was super comfortable and the queen sofa bed which was brand new was perfect. We enjoyed meeting the hosts who greeted us at the door. Would definitely go back again and enjoy the location once more. Price was reasonable compared to other places around.

We have incredible VIEWS of Mount Currie. We are within a short walking distance to the Village and shops. The location is very quiet and private, has cable TV, free parking and a garden area to enjoy the views.

Our back yard has butterflies, birds and peace and quiet. And the occasional bear and deer come for a visit in the adjacent backyard property. You will get Great sleeps!! Our King bed is super comfortable as many guests have attested to! And we have incredible views of Mt Currie. And beautiful fresh air!
