Magnificently located 12th floor apartment overlooking Darling Harbour with picturesque views of the harbour and Sydney's exotic skyline.

This apartment is at 50 Murray Street Pyrmont NSW 2009 and located within the One Darling Harbour Building on the 12th floor, (formerly Grand Mercure Apartment complex) next door to the Ibis and Novatel Hotel.

Darling harbour has become Sydney's premier entertainment precinct offering world class restaurants that can satisfy everyone's taste, excellent shopping along with many famous attractions that include the Sydney Aquarium, Wildlife Life Sydney, LG Imax Theatre, Powerhouse Museum, Captain Cook Cruises, National Maritime Museum, Sydney's Fish Market, Sydney's Famous Paddy's Market, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum and a 5 minute walk to The Star Casino.

One Darling Harbour Building is accessible by your own vehicle with complimentary secured Car parking , by ferry, or by the light rail.

This privately owned apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, harbour views, direct access to the balcony, flat screen 45 inch TV and own bathroom with bath and shower facilities.
Second bedroom features a queen size bed, harbour views, direct access to balcony, 38 inch flat screen TV and direct access to the main bathroom.

Main Bathroom features bath /shower and accommodates an integrated laundry for your access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self catering.

Main living area features a modern lounge with a 55 inch flat screen TV/DVD CD stereo, six seat dining table, harbour views, direct access to balcony and wireless internet.

The balcony has a six seat outdoor dining table where you can relax, enjoy a cool wine and admire one of the most magnificent views in Sydney. On Saturday night enjoy the fireworks display right in front of your apartment.

Guests are able to use the rooftop indoor heated swimming pool or full use of the gym, sauna and spa
Our minimum stay over the Christmas/New Year period is one week (7) nights. POA over that period.

Nice place, good location, beautiful view. The unit, while comfortable, is in need of a little updating as the carpet is stained and the bathroom light (over the mirror) wasnā€™t working. We were given 4 towels for four people, no extras although the addition of beach towels was appreciated. Finally, the only coffee making ā€œapplianceā€ was a French press which wasnā€™t the most convenient but better than nothing. The owner was very accommodating when I needed to change my arrival date and in allowing a later checkout which was appreciated so, overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Best stay

From start to finish, this was a fantastic stay. The property itself is just slightly dated, BUT thatā€™s the only critique I can offer.Great location for access to the city. Also, itā€™s literally the very best location for the Saturday fireworks.Really great view. It was too chilly to spend much time on the balcony, but the huge windows afforded an amazing view of the city.Best management experience. Donna was so kind and accommodating and gave exactly instructions for absolutely everything (how to use A/C and heat, washer and dryer and everything else. We had a few needs and she took great care of us.5-star stay.

Fantastic stay

From booking this fantastic condo to leaving was a wonderful experience. It was a Great location to walk about and loved the water views from the veranda. Communication was exceptional and at the end we had a little hiccup with leaving something there and the owner was great about us going back and picking it up. If we were in Sydney again and it was available a definite number one.

Beautiful views and central stay. Great Hosts

I'm so glad to have found this diamond when planning our stay in Sydney after our cruise in Feb 2025. Our hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to drop our bags from the ship. It was so easy to get around and was a short ride to the Opera House and the Bay Bridge. And the views from the balcony were outstanding. The condo was well stocked and instructions for everything were at our fingertips. Definitely 5 stars. :) These Americans loved it.

Nice stay in Sydney

This was a great place overlooking Darling Harbor. We were two couples traveling and it was perfect for us. Very close to the walking bridge into downtown Sydney - we walked everywhere! There is a ferry stop close by also if preferred tho. Communication was great and the apartment was very clean with comfortable beds. And of course the balcony and views of downtown made it just awesome. Go stay!!

had the best time again at this beautiful centrally located unit. prime position for the New Years fireworks. The only thing i would have liked is a mop and bucket to mop the kitchen floor but that's the only thing, can't wait to return

Wonderful Base for Sydney Explorations

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable with fantastic views, as shown in the listing photos. The location was perfect for our explorations of the CBD, Opera House, and Sydney Harbour whether on foot or by ferry. I like to be able to prepare meals as well as eat out, so was happy to find the kitchen appliances all worked and all the necessary utensils, plates, bowls, cups, pots and pans were in the cabinets. The host was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and got right on calling in assistance when we had trouble getting the HVAC working on arrival. As other guests have mentioned, there is a large construction project on-going just across the street. The noise from it could be a problem for some, though it is (mostly) constrained to usual working hours. I hope I'll have the opportunity to visit Sydney again and, if I do, this is where I'd want to stay.

Great location and apartment

This was a lovely apartment in a great location. The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great balcony overlooking Darling Harbour, even got to see fireworks from it on Saturday. The property manager was easy to communicate with with prior and during our stay.

Great spot to explore Sydney

Location: ideal for those who like to walk and explore their surroundings - we found everything w/in walking distance: the opera house, harbor bridge, botanical garden, China town, kings cross, rocks.. [5-12 miles a day range]. Loved being in such a walkable city and walkable location. Restaurants abound - right across the street or around town. Condo: very nice, clean and functional. Staffed front desk aids check-in and security. Construction: The Darling Harbor mall is being demolished and rebuilt. Construction starts promptly at 7 and finish by 5pm. Enjoying the patio and pool are audibly challenged. It is not very loud with the doors closed and since we were out and about it only bothered us when we tried to nap one afternoon. Overall - location overcomes the inconvenience of the construction noise.
