Loved the Beautiful Home of in Loreto

It was very comfortable! Great location near restaurants & the main warm pool. Had a great time fishing and snorkeling. I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent location as advertised

Located in the real estate development of Nopoló, this is a spacious 2-BR a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Excellent snorkeling on the beach when wind is low, easy drive to hikes and Loreto.

Quiet and Great Getaway

Perfect home away from home for us in Loreto. House location was convenient to the Tienda and the French restaurant. Loved the fresh baguettes in the morning, just a few steps away! And the pool & beach was also very convenient!

Wonderful experience!

This was the best spot for a much needed getaway - close to the pool, the beach and everything that mattered! The pictures do not do the house justice - it is very homey and well stocked with all you would need for a week (or more) away from home. Would recommend to friends and family and definitely stay again.

location is great

Close to two great restaurants and the pool. Easy walk to all other amenities, including beach. Interior of unit in was spacious but a little tired. Excellent value overall.

Excellent location and getaway!

We were very pleased with the location of this unit. We will literally steps away from the pool, a French bistro, a liquor store, and another resturant. The whole complex is clean, quiet, and safe. We enjoyed the three levels of the unit, the wonderful sunny weather and the friendly people. We will definitely be staying again. Very easy communication with the owner as well.

We loved it

The listing says it all, this is one of our favorite stays in Founders' Village, steps from the pool and Le Bistro (that now offers pool service a few mornings a week!) My husband and I, my mom, and our two dogs and had a wonderful stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the privacy of two levels was great. Brian the property manager is the best in the business. We hope to be back, thank you for a great home away from home!

Best vacation spot in loreto bay

Perfect location for walking to beach, snorkel, kayaking, restaurants and pool. Short 8 minute drive to downtown Loreto and the place had everything we needed for 14 days! Lots of towels! Washer and dryer! Felt very lucky to have found this gem

First trip to Loreto

We enjoyed the property in Nopolo. The communication with Guy and Brian was great. They were very understanding when our incoming flight was delayed. The property was convenient to getting into Loreto. The eating options near the property are good. The property is one end of the area which worked for us as we enjoyed walking to the various restaurants and shops. If you're looking for a very relaxing time from an otherwise very hectic schedule - this is a great location.

Hidden Gem

My family and I had a wonderful time here! The place was much bigger than we even expected. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to star gaze. The property manager, Brian, was so helpful with everything. The beds were very comfortable. This place had lots of outdoor spaces which we enjoyed. The unit had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Nopolo and Loreto. We plan to come back!

Beautiful home in beautiful Loreto Bay

We spent s great week in this beautiful home. Location was excellent, the home is spacious and comfortable. The views are gorgeous! The community is lovely. The pools are excellent. The beach access is an enjoyable stroll. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed. Loreto is a wonderful place to get away from the ordinary. The islands are a must do, the snorkeling and beaches are amazing!

Perfect stay in Loreto!

We spent over a week in the Villa, with pets, and could not have asked for anything more! We had some family and friends staying at the resort and the Villa provided the perfect location to be accessible to our group but also to have some separation. The Villa was exactly as it was as listed and had everything we needed. My dog is actually depressed now that we are back home. If you haven’t been to Loreto, you are missing out! And if you are headed to Loreto, this is the Villa to stay at. Close to the pool, restaurants, resort, beach and golf course! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Our Loreto mini Vacation

Great place, very family friendly peacefuland quiet, community pool just around the corner(1min walk). Beach just a 10min walk! Great views from the top of the casitas 3rd floor balcony. Awesome sunset view. Master bedroom away and up in the 2nd floor. Away from the teens👍... plenty of pool/beach towels. Only 1 tv but plenty of board games. Kitchen is equipped and ready to go.. and a full size fridge... Wild horses and burros roaming around the golf course, cool to see from the top balcony. Enjoy!!!

In dire need of some TLC

It truly is a great location. The property, however, is extremely lacking in the basics. One hand towel for the downstairs bathroom. No kitchen towels. I did manage to find and purchase 3 terry towels, but really would have been nice to have some cotton towels for drying dishes. Also need cookware for the oven. 2 cookie sheets and a Pyrex dish do not cut it.A bureau in the downstairs bedroom would be very helpful. We ended draping our clothes over the bed frame. Felt quite disorganized.

Eight day stay at Guy Loisi's rental in Loreto Bay.

My family and I spent 8 days at this fantastic rental. One past review had critiqued the paucity of towels. I contacted Mr. Loisi to ask him to make sure that the towels would be plentiful When we arrived on April 12, there was a whole basket full of towels waiting for us downstairs. My daughter and I unfortunately contracted upper respiratory infections. I asked Guy about a local doctor. Not only did he refer me to Dr. Salinas in Loretao but he sent his partner, Brian to check on us to make sure we were ok. So thoughtful! My granddaughter (4 years old) loved the pool that is only a few steps from the door. She practiced her swimming there with other children every day. We also like that we were only a 3 minute walk from the Bistro Cafe and an 8 minute walk from the beautiful beach. Thank you Guy for making this vacation one of our best.Robert

The location was great. The unit is in need of some upgrades such as silverware, dishes, glassware are old and mismatched. Bedding and pillows in the second bedroom should be updated to reflect the cost of renting. Bedside lamps are insufficient. Furniture is old and tired and dining chairs were dirty and stained. Cleanliness was not up to par. The remotes and switches were filthy. The whole house could use a deep clean. Patio furniture on all levels is old, dirty and rundown. Brian our host was responsive and good to work with.

Best Location and Best Management

You really can't go wrong in Loreto Bay. All the houses are very nice and the neighborhood is very very well maintained. But... this house is in a super location near the community pool and the golf course. It's a bargain, and the price includes the best property manager in Loreto. They are on top of everything and are super hosts. Thanks Brian and Guy for a wonderful stay.

Great condo highly recommend!

Our family stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Property is about 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from Puerto Escondido where we had our boat. Guy and Brian were extremely responsive we can't wait to return.

Relaxing vacation

Great location close to the pool. Residence needs a few minor upgrades to improve the stay experience. E.g. brighter lights, new bedding, and enough kitchen supplies, like plates and cutlery, for a family of four, or even six, since the space is advertised to sleep six .

Loreto Trip 2021

Many trips to Loreto, first time to Nopolo. Overall a good stay, however a list of minor and major deficiencies. Most notable to broken toilet seat upstairs bathroom, missing handles on wardrobe, water shut-offs without notice (first and second morning), access denied to beach on last day, and very difficult to operate tv controls. The microwave and dishwasher need to be upgraded., window treatments are broken. We appreciated a clean place to stay and the air conditioning worked well. I would encourage the owners to detail the property to ensure everything works I hope this review will benefit future guests.
