Madison Park is an elegant 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home set on 30 acres at the edge of Robertson, surrounded by "Babe" country with stunning views of distant escarpments and rolling green hills. It is only a 3 minute drive to cafes and coffee in Robertson but the property is private and secluded and includes a creek and various rainforest pockets. From the verandah you can see the actual stone wall made famous in the "Babe" movie at the adjoining property.

From the moment you step through the 100 year old fully restored entrance door with detailed lead lighting you will immediately be struck by the quality of the home and its features.

The house is spacious, comfortable and warm in winter. The open fireplace adds a cosy ambiance and there is also central heating for your continual comfort during winter when you can marvel at the mist rolling in. Wrap around verandahs and large pane floor to ceiling windows highlight the magnificent rural views.

There is a 10 seater dining table and plenty of space. The open plan gourmet kitchen has all the usual cooking mod-cons. Pantry items supplied, including a Breville coffee machine with grinder and a Nespresso coffee machine with pods
All bed linen, towel sets and soap/bodywash supplied. Level access with 'accessible' toilet

Sleeps 4 couples and 4 children comfortably. Four sound proofed king and queen bedrooms all with en suites. A 5th bedroom for children containing a double bed, a set of bunks, a trundle and cot. A large 4 claw bath in the Master ensuite. A powder room near main entrance. Outdoor dining and bbq.
