Pls Note Minimum 3 night bookings and Minimum 7 night bookings in peak periods. This property sleeps 10 with a maximum of 6 adults.

Wake up to the sounds of the birds and watch the pelicans and the sunsets from the balcony. Gourmet kitchen, BBQ and latest technology.

2 master bedrooms both with queen beds, built in wardrobes, ensuites and balconys. Third bedroom with two single beds. Kids bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, games, TV and DVD player.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with Nespresso machine for the coffee addicts and Nutri-Ninja for the health freaks. Oven, microwave, cook top and dishwasher.
Lounge with large UHD flat screen TV, Foxtel, sound bar with bluetooth to connect to music on your phone or iPad.

Glass doors leading to a balcony with BBQ, pizza stone, deck chairs and alfresco dining.
Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Stroll through the reserve to the lake for water sports, fishing or a peaceful paddle. Kayaks, boats, stand up paddle boards and catamarans available for hire locally at the Frothy Coffee café and boat shed.

Short drive to great Surf beaches - Celito, Blueys, Elizabeth and Boomerang Beaches (where you will also find cafe's and a pharmacy). Smiths Lake has a bottle shop, butcher, bakery, mini supermarket and takeaway shop. Forster is approximately 20 minutes away where you will find your major supermarkets and stores. Seal rocks beaches and lighthouse a short drive away.

Enjoy lawn bowls and a steak at the Smiths Lake bowling club or a lakeside dinner at the Pacific Palms "Recky" Club 5 minutes away.

An abundance or wildlife including Rosellas, Kookaburra's, Pelicans and possums live at your doorstep.

Please note that towels and bed linen not included but can be at an extra cost. Enquire with owner or take own sheets and towels.

Check in was super easy - self check in with very clear instructions. The host was FANTASTIC. She was very responsive and was always (seemingly) on the app to answer any and all questions. The actual property in real life is better than the photos!

Beautiful lake house

A beautifully furnished, comfortable, clean and generously stocked lake house right by the water. It is a peaceful location surrounded by nature and perfect for our two families with all the creature comforts you could need.

Excellent location

Rebecca's house is very clean & spacious, also in a great location, close to shops & lake. Rebecca was a great host, always answered my enquiries promptly. Thanks Rebecca for allowing us to stay, we would definitely come back.

Fantastic Property!

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend at Serenity. The property was ideal for our 2 families with teenage children, with two master bedrooms set up both sets of parents were happy. The furnishings and décor were gorgeous , such a peaceful location. We would have loved to spend more time here and hope to be back.

Fabulous!

What a fabulous weekend away for our two families! A beautifully furnished, large and clean house right on the lake. The location was perfect - quiet, with easy access to the lake, beaches and local shops. The kitchen was well stocked, the deck was quite large overlooking the lake and the children loved taking the kayaks out on the lake. There was even Easter Eggs in the fridge when we arrived - such a lovely touch for the Easter Long Weekend! Check in was super easy. Rebecca the host, was super lovely, responsive and easy to contact. Such a lovely and relaxing weekend away!

Nice house with ample room for our extended family.About 30 or so stairs down to the house which have limited lighting, lacking some handrails and slippery when wet. We did have one member of our family have a fall on the slippery stairs. Would be nice if the stairs were notified in the listing as the stairs are not suitable for elderly people or families with babies.

Fantastic holiday house in the lake

We stayed over Christmas for two weeks and really enjoyed our stay at Smiths lake. There were chocolates and champagne on our arrival, as well as a Christmas tree, which was a lovely touch as we have 7 children. The house was fantastic and had everything in it that we needed. We loved the keyless entry and not having to worry about keys. The house is so close to the lake, only about 30 metres, and gave us all a good work out walking up and down to it! There were three canoes available to use which was a bonus. The house was comfortable and big enough for our family of 9 and I would recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday by the lake.

Relaxing Smiths Lake Getaway

Great location; well equipped home with plenty of space. Kitchen has been thoughtfully stocked with anything you would want. Two suggestions; bedrooms would benefit from additional blinds to maintain privacy & shield early morning sun; front pathway needs additional lighting - very tricky to navigate in places.

Absolute bliss

Thank you Rebecca for creating such a lovely space, it had everything we needed. So many lovely touches that made the space welcoming and relaxing. Smith Lake itself is beautiful to explore, we enjoyed using the kayaks to explore the lake. We traveled with another family and everyone, kids included loved everything about this house.

short trip away by the the lake with two families

Amazing time away with our two families. Kids had a ball exploring, kayaking and playing at the stunning beaches nearby. We'd bring eye masks next time to block out the light in the bedrooms so we could sleep past sunrise but waking up to that view almost made up for the early starts! Every thing is near by excluding golf course which was visited twice. Complete serenity, totally lives up to its name!

Wonderful ~ a perfect stay

What a divine house and beautiful location. Great rooms and fantastic shared spaces, comfortable beds, fully and generously equipped kitchen with lots of mod cons. Lots of space and very beautiful location. Smiths Lake itself is peaceful and beautiful (and you wake to quiet and birdsong) and only a short drive to picturesque beaches. There was nothing missing and everything about our stay was exactly as we wanted. A terrific house to share with my family, my friends and our kids. Thank you!

Perfect for paddlers

We stayed with friends in this gorgeous house. Once we navigated our outrigger canoes down the steep garden to the lake there was no stopping us from exploring glorious Smiths Lake. The house had everything we needed and was very well appointed with everything in excellent working order. Would highly recommend.

Serenity - Smiths Lake

The property was spacious and clean and perfect for our week away. The beds were very comfortable and everything was modern. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of games supplied. The kayaks were fantastic and well used. Rebecca was a fabulous host and very accommodating. The only negative comment was that not all windows in the bedrooms had blinds which meant the rooms were light at 5.30am. But that is the only thing. Everything else was lovely.

Perfect Family Getaway

We loved spending time with our children aged 17-20 at Serenity lakeside family paradise earlier this month. The bedrooms were comfy, the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge were fabulous and provided perfect views over the lake. Tv and sound system got a thumbs up from the kids and we enjoyed some quiet time in the morning while they all slept in. Rebecca was very helpful and answered our questions promptly. We would love to stay again in the near future!

Stunning

What a beautiful home. This home has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The view was amazing and it definitely was serene. Fantastic access to the lake just down the hill. We would definitely stay again.
