This 2 storey luxury villa comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8.
The master bedroom has a 'four post' king size bed with en-suite, and a balcony with sweeping views of the bay.
The second bedroom has a queen bed.
The third is equipped with 1 bunk bed and a double bed.

Downstairs you will find the spacious living/dining/kitchen area that opens up to the beautiful courtyard with outdoor setting and built in BBQ making it perfect for outdoor dining. Again, all downstairs living space enjoys sweeping bay views

You find the well equipped kitchen makes cooking for guests' a pleasure. The open plan living area has a flat screen TV, slow combustion wood heater and air conditioning keeping you comfortable all year round.

LOCATION LOCATION:

Located in the wonderful Margaret River Region. This location is close to calm bays, surfing beaches, wineries of Margaret River, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, Golf Courses and is central to many South West tourist attractions. eg. Nilgi Caves, Simmos Ice-creamery, Happs Pottery, Yallingup Beach, Busselton jetty, Cape Naturaliste Light House and Meelup Bay, to name a few, are all within a ten minute drive. Dunsborough shops are a 3 minute walk. Holidaying in the South West is not just for the summer months. Winter, Down South, has so much to offer in experiences it may be difficult to choose eg. chocolate, cheese or fudge factory or visit all three? After a busy day sight-seeing snuggle up on the couch and enjoy the warmth and ambience of an indoor log fire.
Charging of Electric Vehicles is not available at this holiday home. Dunsborough has charging stations in town near the post office.


GETTING AROUND:

For full tourist information refer to tourist information office located in the town centre (3 min walk from Villa).

Should you wish to use the indoor fireplace during the colder months please provide your own firewood. Firewood is available for purchase from most service stations in the South West.
