Great place

Very nice, large, comfortable house. Great location and great amenities. Air-conditioning struggled with Perth summer.

great house, great location

It was our second stay and we enjoyed it very much. The house is spacious and clean, the location is perfect, with the park in front of your doorstep, and short distances to CBD and beach. All in all highly recommendable.

Family Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is in a great location opposite a lovely big park but also easy to get north and south of the river. The house itself is lovely and spacious and the property manager is easy to contact and very helpful with any queries you have. The only thing to mention is the hot tub that is advertised for this property is a bath tub. Otherwise the description is spot on and we would definitely return in the future.

Traveller Beware

** Traveller BEWARE. This is not an entire house listing as specified. The owners live in the internal GARAGE on the property with internal door access. They use a loophole by saying the garage is apartment 87B. They also have security cameras surrounding the property, including ones overlooking the backyard that were not listed on the website. While the property is nice enough and the owners seemed nice initially, we found out that they were secretly living in the garage a few days after arriving. Ultimately, we had to leave early due to our concern about the safety of our three young children, forcing us to break our 2 week quarantine and resulting in us having to stay at emergency accommodation.

Response to Cameron misleading review. Cameron and his family made a two week booking with us. After 5 days of happily staying in the house (87A) Cameron requested an official invoice from us in order to reclaim his expense from his employer. All I know is that within hours of him receiving this invoice, he packed his belongings and left. I was then harassed by him at 5am the following morning demanding a full refund. I am of the opinion that he either was not reimbursed from his employer and then required cheaper accommodation or he was paid out and decided to pocket the money for himself. For 5 days he was very happy and then claimed that there where people living in the garage. This is NOT true as well as being deceptive. Attached to the side of the house is an 85sqr meter granny flat which is rented out separately to the main house. Cameron was fully aware of this arrangement as on his arrival I personally told him I was staying there. There is also signage on the double bolted, on both sides, interleading door (same as any hotel) stating and declaring upfront the existance of apartment 87B. Both house and granny flat have separate front doors, entrances and driveways and are totally independent of each other. My wife and I have been operating for almost 4 years now, we have had over 1500 guests stay in the house 87A from approx 250 bookings. We have approx. two hundred 5 star reviews and now for the first time a negative review. To anybody reading this PLEASE read our reviews on this platform as well as the other major booking platform. We have never had anybody complain about the granny flat. Despite Cameron still owing us money for the shopping we did for him as they were in isolation, we wish him and his family well and hope they have found accommodation that meets all of their requirements. Copy of Cameron’s request for an official invoice:- Hey Steven, Would it be possible to get a formal invoice for the stay so I can send it to my work for reimbursement? Also, thanks again for the groceries. Can you send your bank details so we can pay for them? Kids are loving the toys. Cheers, Cam Sent from my iPhone

Spacious and comfortable home in Yokine

My wife and I stayed here for a few days while getting work done on our own home. Owner was very accomodating. House was as described and beds comfortable. Good location near shops and park. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay.

Stay at Yokine (early June 2019)

The home was bright and spacious, as advertised. Perfect for large groups (we had a total of 10 people). Check-in was a breeze. Close to supermarkets (at Dogswamp shopping centre) as well. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Steven and Nava!

Large up-market home

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and facilities of this house. We had everything we needed in the large kitchen and our host Steven was very helpful. We were able to park 2 cars off the street. The master bedroom was very comfortable and we spent every evening in the cosy media room. The house overlooks a parkland and the area is quiet at night. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay.

Spacious and clean!

If you need space, this house definitely has it! It is beautifully presented and very tidy with great amenities. My family stayed there between Christmas and new year and they absolutely loved it. Nava is a great host and did everything to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Would definitely book this property again.
