With six bedrooms, this lodge comfortably sleeps large groups. Choose from two king suites, two queen rooms, a bunk room with four beds, and a cozy room with a double bed and a set of bunks. There’s also a queen futon in the media room for extra guests.

The gourmet kitchen, with its professional gas stove, large three-door fridge, and coffee/drink station, has everything for cooking up memorable meals (or, if you’re looking to indulge, hire a private chef!). A gas fireplace anchors the great room, offering the perfect ambiance for relaxation, while the open dining space makes gatherings easy and enjoyable.

Endless Entertainment Options

The lower level is a true entertainment hub. Enjoy a theater setup, pool table, poker table, and foosball—all with walk-out access to the outdoor hot tub and pool area. With 4.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer stations, and a spacious entry room for all your gear, every detail is designed with convenience in mind.

Outdoor Living at Its Best

Step outside to soak in the mountain views from the expansive deck, complete with a gas grill and dining area. Downstairs, a year-round hot tub, seasonal pool, fire pit, and a sprawling yard make for endless outdoor fun. We provide pool towels and wood for the fire pit.

We had 11 of us for Christmas and the house was great- big enough to accommodate us comfortably. The hot tub was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend more for a large group!

We had a great time the house is beautiful and spacious with lots of outdoor space. It is less then 10 minutes to downtown Bethel about 20 minutes to Sunday River.

Family Time

Great property. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed every day. Close to town but beautifully private. The huge custom dining table made it possible for our large group to eat together as a family. Central air, three levels of living space, two laundry areas and two large refrigerator/freezers provided comfort and convenience for all! I would recommend this property to others. Check in and out could not have been easier!

Family Get-Together

Overall, the property was a good fit for our family outing. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms, although not all the exhaust fans were working. We plan on cooking most meals but it was difficult because the oven wasn't working properly unless we propped a chair against the door to keep it completely shut. It would have also been good if there had been soap for the showers/tubs, the first thing we had to do was go out and buy soap.The pool was great, we spent alot of time there and found we didn't need alot of side trips. The adults also used the hot tub. The fire pit was wonderful, it was a last evening treat with smores and fireflies. Overall rating would have been excellent except for the oven, soap, and the bathroom exhaust fans.

Excellent spot

We had three families with tons of young kids. Excellent layout with bunk rooms and game room in the basement. Huge table accommodated everyone. The house is super private surrounded by nature. EXCELLENT bird watching. Pool and hot tub were a blast.

Summer Golf With Friends

This house was beautiful and had plenty of amenities for our stay. The property was in excellent condition and the location was perfect. Close enough to Bethel and Sunday River Golf Club for exploring and golf, but far enough away for privacy. I would recommend this property to anyone planning a multi-family or buddies trip.

Ideal location for extended family vacation

Every year we seek accommodations for a family vacation with 4-5 adult couples (some with young children) and several young single adults. We look for places with 4-5 adult bedrooms (king or queen beds), sleeping accommodations for the singles, multiple full bathrooms, large kitchen and dining areas, and plenty of indoor and outdoor activities. This accommodation was the best we have found. The dining table seats 14 comfortably, so we could dine as a complete group. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cutlery and cookware so we didn't have to constantly do the dishes. Everything in the indoor activity area was in excellent order ... no missing or damages pool cues or foosballs. Nice clean poker table. Outdoors, the deck area, barbeque, swimming pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Plenty to do in and around Bethel, ME ... some of the best fishing, hiking and kayaking for family fun. We highly recommend.

Awesome House for Large Groups of All Ages

The layout of the house is so great for entertaining large groups of people. We had 12 adults and one baby and there was so much space where we could eat, play games, and hang out. The kitchen was really well stocked from an appliance and cookware standpoint. Everyone slept so comfortably and there were enough bathrooms for that size of group. Definitely follow the hot water shower tips that are posted in the bathrooms as the hot water was spotty when you didn't. The hot tub was great to have post skiing. The house had a large mud room perfect for storing all gear.Communication with the host was great we will definitely look at renting this property again!

Great location

Great location, nice ski town near by. Property was nicely set up for entertaining. Parking was ample, and Jess was very easy to communicate with. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Thanksgiving get away.

This is a great location and beautiful house. Plenty of room. Well appointed and comfortable rooms. Secluded spot yet close to town and Sunday River Ski Resort. Game room, hot tub and fire pit were perfect to keep everyone in our group occupied and relaxed. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Lovely Mountain Home

We had a really nice time at Bethel. The house was lovely and spacious enough for our group of eleven. We had six adults and five kids and the bedroom layout worked well. The kids had a place to hangout downstairs while the adults played games at the enormous dining table. We experienced colder than normal temps in August but that didn’t stop the kids from using the beautiful pool. Bethel is a very cute town, we absolutely loved checking out all of the waterfalls and swimming holes in the area (albeit crazy cold water). We had a couple of very minor issues during our stay and Jess was very responsive and addressed them immediately. Would definitly recommend to families looking to get away and enjoy nature on their next holiday.

Great for big groups

We were very pleased with the accommodations and amenities available to us. Our four families, with 10 kids ranging from infant to teen, had enough space and activities to keep everyone entertained. Our host was very responsive and the s’mores gift was a great hit with the kids.

Vacation Lodge Nestled in Beautifully Wooded White Mountains of Maine

Perfect setting for our family reunion. Host was accommdating and easy to work with. The pool and game room were big hits with the family. The place was clean and spacious. Plenty of hot water for showers and laundry. This would be our first choice for any future family event.

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at the house for a week. We had 9 adults and 4 kids in our group and the house was spacious and accommodated everyone’s needs. We had beautiful weather so we took advantage of the great pool and hot tub in the evenings.The view of the mountains was pretty great too. The house is close to a shopping area and some great ice cream. Jess was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive during the planning process and while we were at the house. I would recommend staying here and hope to come back again in the future.

Wonderful house!

We stayed here with 15 people and skied at Sunday river. The house is gorgeous, well equipped with great amenities, and well located close to the ski mountain. The host is very responsive and helped us through a question we had with grace. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great spot for a large group!

Our group had a great time at the property. A very nice location and plenty of space. We were a little unclear and thought there was going to be an additional bed but we had someone back out and it ended up not to matter. Oh and also, MASSIVE hot tub. Overall I would recommend to a friend.

Wonderful Property

Our group of four families thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was large, clean, and well laid out, with plenty of activities (e.g., poker table, pool table, foosball table, etc.). Also, the host, Jess, was extremely responsive and communicative. Would not hesitate in recommending this property!
