Adelaide Hills Getaway - Off grid country experience

Bella Vista Farm House is a fully self sufficient off grid home hidden away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, cars and neighbours. The home is set on a magic 80 acres of rural untouched peaceful & secluded land in the town of Mt Torrens (Adelaide Hills), complete with farm animals to greet you in the mornings yet only a 1 hour drive from the Adelaide City Centre - the BEST of both worlds!

The home comprises of an modern kitchen & dream living area surrounded by glass with a HUGE open fireplace for those cold winter nights and toasting of marshmallows.
The dining area has spectacular views over the property where you can watch the curious animals graze the paddocks and a 2nd lounge/games area perfect for families needing some space.

There are 3 HUGE/spacious bedrooms each with queen sized beds all which have their own private entry doors & three full luxurious bathrooms.
Bella vista farm house easily accommodates up to 6 people with ample space to enjoy your own down time (option to hire 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with full exclusive use of the home - NO OTHER GUESTS are booked when you hire the home).
The perfect home to enjoy with Family and Friends!

Our rates are based TWIN SHARE/per room
Bedding configuration: 3 Queen Beds (beds are unable to be split into singles)

Please enter into your booking the number of guests to reflect the number rooms required (and advise at the time of booking how many guests will be staying)
If you require:
1 bedroom - enter 2 guests into booking
2 bedrooms - enter 4 guests into booking
3 bedrooms - enter 6 guests into booking

If we receive a booking for odd number of guests (3 or 5) we will contact you to verify required rooms, adjust booking accordingly. & send through payment adjustment.

We had a fantastic stay and would happily stay here again. The property was exactly as described, a beautiful home with a wonderful relaxing view. Beautiful location, views and place was clean. clear and effective communication from the host who answered all our questions and I highly recommend this place. The only thing I found was that since we had our 23 months old, we had to be on guard making sure she stayed safe while exploring but she enjoyed outdoors… otherwise the place is beautiful.

We stayed at Bella Vista for the night before and getting ready location for my wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The house was in the most stunning location. I would have to agree, if you’re looking for a place to relax & revive Bella Vista Farm House ticks the boxes.. the size of the home makes it the perfect property for a group of friends or a family to explore the beautiful Adelaide Hills.

Beautiful location

Booked here for my wife's 30th birthday for a weekend away. Host was kind enough to let me have family visit to celebrate her birthday. Such a fantastic place with great scenery around. Was kept cosy and warm with the fireplace in the living area. We all had a great time here and would definitely recommend to everyone!

Beautiful farm stay

We had such a wonderful experience here, beautiful house and view, loved the animals. Very cold, it was hard to warm up the house with the wet firewood but otherwise the perfect place to stay!!

This contemporary home has been uniquely designed and built in 2015 by the owners as a labor of love; a tribute to the land, bringing the outside in with the warmth of double glazed glass windows, corrugated iron features, polished concrete floors & paddock stone hand extracted from the land & beautifully crafted by the owner to form the striking stone façade and internal fireplace.

Our home is very unique as we are a fully self-sufficient property, fully powered by a solar system, utilises rain water yet complete with all the modern luxuries with a cozy and rustic feel. With no mains electricity & no mains water, experience life with no bills, rolling hills, no traffic, animals at the back fence & peace and quiet!
