The central living space has Tom Dixon lights, Eames dining table, lounge with comfy couches, DVD player & TV. There is also NBN wifi :) yay!
There are 4 bedrooms (1 with in-built laptop desk) and a sparkling shared family bathroom with shower and large bath. There are plush towels for your bathing enjoyment.
The master suite and second bedroom are at the opposite end of the house to the other bedrooms. They share an ensuite.
The house sleeps up to 8, in 7 beds. Please contact us to discuss your bedding requirements as there are a range of options.
The kitchen is equipped with Blanco appliances, walk in pantry, & microwave. Off the kitchen is a tiled lounge room, laundry with washing machine and boot room.
The living areas open up onto a massive covered wooden deck with large wooden outdoor setting & BBQ.
Our front garden is great for playing games in and the backyard has plenty of exploring opportunities!
With the farmers & Lions markets in town, good coffee and proximity to Mill Rose quilting mecca, Daylesford, Ballarat and the golf course & Ballan pool, we're sure you'll find plenty of reasons to extend your stay in Ballan!
