Stunning Beachfront Luxury

This stunning beachfront apartment with wide glass frontage and full length balcony make the most of the breathtaking uninterrupted ocean views from practically every room.

Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to a stunning sunrise over the water. Relax with your coffee on the beautiful sandstone balcony and watch the dolphins who regularly swim right outside your door. Or enjoy watching the stars and moon from the balcony at night under a blanket with a glass of wine.

Just a short stroll to the Narrabeen shops, where you will find cafes and restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Or go into Sydney city, just a 35 minute drive away.

The light-filled, open plan lounge and dining room is fully equipped with a TV where you can access Netflix and YouTube plus an extensive movie collection for your enjoyment. Also Sonos speakers are located throughout the apartment, and in addition to lighting, are voice-controlled by either google or siri and can be switched on or off between rooms to suit your mood and preferences. Have fun changing the lights to red or green or blue!

The modern interior is sure to impress with stylish natural colours, textures and quality fixtures throughout. Air conditioning for summer and gas heating for winter. All creature comforts are catered for.

The apartment has two generous bedrooms, and sleeps up to 4 adults comfortably. It also has 1 bathroom and a separate guest toilet.

The living room, kitchen and both bedrooms all have their own sliding door access to the balcony, and with multiple seating areas it gives you more areas to relax and unwind and for all guests to feel the spaciousness and openness the apartment has in abundance.

The master bedroom includes walk in robe, TV and the glass front lets you watch the waves while relaxing in bed. The Queen bed is extremely comfortable.

The second bedroom also faces directly to the beach, and has its own TV and a large wardrobe also. The Queen bed is extremely comfortable.

It is everything you can imagine for a private paradise including easy on street or off street unlimited parking.

Ocean front dream home

We just ended our one week stay and we didn’t want to leave! The unit was perfect for us in every way and Ross was our A-one host. The suite was clean and bright and had all the conveniences to make it feel like home, plus a few fun extras. It is situated steps from an endless beach and a few short blocks to the rock pool, grocery store and man top notch restaurants and cafes. Also a few blocks to catch the B1 express transit bus which takes you to the heart of the Sydney downtown in only 4 minutes. Bonus! Ross went above and beyond to ensure we were settled and happy during our stay. From providing a well stocked fridge and pantry to quickly responding to my many questions, one could not find a more attentive and gracious host. We will be back!

BEAUTIFUL, STUNNING, RELAXING!

Absolutely stunning apartment that has everything you could ever want and more. The apartment is beautifully presented and you instantly feel at home here. The views are gorgeous and it is set up to enjoy them with the expansive deck and all that glass. We even got a whale show! Super warm on cooler nights and the beds and couches are comfy. We didn't get to fully use the extensive music / DVD / Game collection and the added extras like Netflix, Movie drive and the Xbox as we were out a lot of nights but was nice to have the options. Also fab to have the surfboard / bike options and beach towels available. Great location with supermarket & shops close and not far to Manly for the ferry or to Chatswood for the train into the city. Absolute lifesaver to have a car park just outside in a city where parking is a nightmare. Ross is super friendly, very obliging and really really helpful. He met us when we arrived and gave us lots of great information and tips on places to eat and things to do. Thanks Ross for being so awesome!!! We had an amazing stay and we will definitely be back to stay and we were super sad to have to come home.

Fantastic apartment - great location

We had a wonderful and very relaxing 7 day break at this absolute beachfront apartment. The unit is beautifully presented, fitted out with modern tech accessories, is clean and tidy, and had an overall very relaxing and comfortable vibe. The location is amazing and the view from all main living areas is stunning - totally beachfront yet within walking distance to cafes, restaurants and local convenience stores. Ross is a wonderful host - we had great communication from the time of initial booking and throughout our stay - and he kindly provided essential groceries and fresh fruit for us to enjoy for the week! I would highly recommend this property and sincerely hope to be able to stay there again.

Perfect beachside holiday

We stayed for a week and could not fault our stay at all. The apartment is fully self contained and as it’s on the second floor, the view of the beach is uninterrupted. Access to the beach is at the door front with is located between North Narrabeen and Collaroy beaches. It was a home away from home. The local shops are only a minutes drive and there is a good variety of different cuisines to try. Our host Ross was very accomodating and met us when we arrived for a brief tour of the unit. Highly recommend this place for a staycation whether only for a couple of days or more than a week. Will definitely return.

Magic spot

We wanted to find a special beachfront holiday spot to reunite with family from NZ and OZ when the trans-Tasman bubble opened - Ross’s place was perfect. A spacious apartment with views across the balcony to the beach and ocean from the kitchen, lounge and both bedrooms - just stunning. Meticulously clean, comfortable, all amenities were high spec - even the Sonos lights and music system kept our every need sorted. We highly recommend this excellent accommodation and will return. Thanks Ross - a very special time for us.

Excellent Easter

We had a wonderful Easter at this stunning property right on Narrabeen beach .... watching the sunrise over the water from the balcony, a hop to the beach, close to shops and great restaurants. We can't recommend this property highly enough from the quality of the kitchen, bedding and furnishings; and the checkin by Ross was professional and informative. We'll be back!

Perfect relaxation solution

Gorgeous position, amazing view, very neat and tidy apartment with all the tech-y extras you can think of - perfect for a getaway with a small group of friends and either go to the beach literally at the front door OR just chill on the lounge or balcony with a 180 degree view of the ocean and the sound of the waves...perfect. Perfect apartment, great location!

Thank you Ross. We stayed 10 days. The apartment is beautifully appointed and very clean. The location is fabulous, on the beach and walking distance to the lake and some very good cafes and restaurants, Ross made us feel very welcome and took the time to show us around the apartment, giving us suggestions on what to do in the area. We very much enjoyed our holiday in Narrabeen!!

Perfect beach getaway!

The property location was ideal — right on the beach, easy walk to groceries, restaurants, shops — and the property was well appointed with everything we needed. The property owner, Ross, was great. We enjoyed some area hikes and even saw humpback whales splashing in the ocean from the balcony!

We rented this place for five weeks and had the best time ever! It is a beautiful apartment situated literally on the beach, so waking up und sleeping with the sound of waves was heavenly. Just walk down the stairs from the third floor (where the apartment is situated) and you have your feet right in the sand of one of the most beautiful beaches ever. Perfect spot for surfing, but also great for kids who enjoy jumping around in the waves. Never crowded... Everything in the apartment was fully equiped and in perfect order, everything worked and there was nothing else we could have wished for. Living room and master bedroom were equiped with huuuuge TVs with Netflix and there was Sonos for the music - the tech freaks love it. In the garage, we even found surf boards and bikes for the three of us - what more could you want. The beds were perfect for us, so we all slept like babies and left absolutely relaxed. Locationwise (apart from the beach, of course) the place is also great: Just a good five minutes walk to the B1-bus stop from where you can catch the bus into the city (or to Manly) any time day and night. Restaurants in Narrabeen are great, too, and if you wish to cater for yourself, Woolworth is there to provide you with anything you may need. And the kitchen is fully equipped, so if you don‘t mind the effort - go ahead and be a chef. There is nothing better than having your dinner on the balcony with a view that cannot be beaten (just as on the pictures). The owner is amazing. He fulfilled all of our wishes and regularly checked with us whether there was anything else we needed. He even arranged for a babysitter who helped us out while we were there - great! We would come back in a second!

Breathtakingly beautiful......

We stayed one week at Ross's beautiful apartment and we wish we could stay bit longer. It was our first ever trip to Sydney and it exceeded our expectations. We regretted not staying longer in Sydney because we have already spent our time in Singapore and Malaysia. It was winter in Sydney but we have been very lucky with the weather and enjoyed the sunny weather pretty much every day. The apartment has everything you need and it is very spacious. We rented a car and went to many places, Grand Pacific highway drive, Blue Mountains, Sydney central, Morisset, etc Ross is a type of host who wants to run extra mile and was always responsive with any queries. We have a plan to travel to Australia and Newzealand in the future and we will certainly consider staying at his place again with family. It was an absolute pleasure staying at this breathtakingly beautiful apartment. Everything is in your doorsteps so you will have a great stay. Many thanks Ross.....

Perfectly Situated with stunning views

Gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment with everything you need. Beautifully appointed, decor is very modern and feels like a home away from home. Sweeping views of the ocean from all rooms (beds, lounge, kitchen) with full length verandah running the entire length of unit. Expansive views all the way along the coast. We even had the benefit of dolphins swimming past one morning. 2 massive curved televisions, music system, netflix, loads of dvd's and cd's. Stroll to local restaurants and cafes and woolworths. 2 minute easy access to Wakehurst Parkway. 5 minute drive to Warriewood Shopping Centre. Bus virtually at door.

A little paradise on earth.

What a great stay we had. A stunning apartment with all the luxery we needed. The view is amazing. Dolphins in the morning and wales in the afternoon ( oct-nov). Very comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family. The balcony was large and very relaxed to sit on. Our 4 year old boy loved the Xbox 360 and the wakeboards in the garage we used. The owner was very nice and amazing to deal with. Because of the very good weather we didn't use Netflix and the big movie collection. Great extra's. There even was a big bqq to prepare some nice steaks/fish at the beautifull sunset. Supermarket at walking distance and a busstop at 1 minuut walk. Great to go to Manly for a boattrip to Sydney. The only bad thing was the day we had to leave this stunning apartment. Ross, thx for the great stay. You absolutely will see us again.
