This gorgeous condo is a premier lakefront rental on the Iowa Great Lakes! The Bridges Bay unit is on the east shore of East Okoboji facing west meaning the view and sunsets are absolutely spectacular day or night. The unit is 1818 sq' with a 438 sq’ deck, 3-bedrooms, exterior entrances due to the first floor location! Two kings and one full size bunk bed - sleeps 8! Full linens and kitchen supplies all there! Includes free wi-fi & Youtube TV - additional streaming services available. Six daily passes included for the indoor water park and main outdoor pool. Adjacent smaller pool open to all guests. One of the best on the lakes! Renter pays hotel tax and booking fees.

Wonderful Condo

We have stayed at other Bridges Bay condos two other times and this by far was our best visit. the view as amazing and had all the amenities we needed.

The property was beautiful and the best, most well-stocked property I have ever stayed at. The views from the extra large windows in the master bedroom and living room made it a special place to stay.

My family and I were beyond pleased with this condo! The view alone made it worth it and the condo having everything we needed was an added bonus! Very clean which was a huge relief since we were traveling with littles who like to play on the floor! We would stay here again!

Beautiful, clean condo right on east okoboji. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Very well appointed w comfortable furniture, great kitchen and all the extra towels, cleaning supplies, coffee pods and waters were very appreciated. Wonderful!

Better than expected!

This property was amazing, the pictures don't do it justice. This was my first time to Boji and our first trip as a blended family. Randall was wonderful with communicating and gave me tons of info on places to try out! We absolutely loved our stay and hope to make it back next year!

Okoboji reunion

Great place to entertain. Side yard was perfect for the kiddos. Wrap around deck was very comfortable with great views of the lake. The condo was "super stocked". I couldn't believe how much was already waiting for us in the kitchen.

Amazing stay!!

This property is just as described and Randy does such a great job communicating and giving suggestions on things to do. The space was absolutely perfect for what we needed as a girls weekend getaway. Although the weather wasn’t ideal having access to ground floor was awesome!! Comfy furniture and fireplace made it a cozy indoor atmosphere as well. We will definitely be back during nicer weather months!! Thank you!!!!

Family escape

Overall we had a wonderful experience. The property and property manager was excellent. Manager struck great balance between providing good information and updates without being invasive. You get tickets to the Bridges Bay swim park which the family loved. Can walk to several restaurants which is also nice. Our only complaint was, since property is adjacent to the lake, there are a lot of spiders. We would definitely go back!

Biker Review!

Randy, The condo was fantastic! The view is everything you see on your website. The sunset was amazing from the patio. And, from the inside of the house for those that didn't want to partake the out doors. It was very clean, we have no complaints what so ever. Plenty of extra towels, blankets and pillows. If you are a bicyclist there is a bike loop right out of the condo, the trails are within blocks. Once we arrived Friday we never drove any where. It was all on our bikes. We will be back!!!

We love this place!

We enjoyed everything about our time here! The location is beautiful. The property is clean, well stocked, well maintained, and a comfortable place to stay. We especially enjoyed the windows and great view. The owner was very helpful and hospitable, promptly answering questions about the area and providing everything we could possibly need. We hope to stay here again!

Don't Hesitate - Book this Place!

We booked quite last minute due to change of Florida plans (Hurricane Ivan). My husband and I travel with my mom who has mobility issues. We need very specific requirements in a property. Randy was most awesome to work with. He answered all of our questions and was so understanding of our situation. First, the property is accurately described...although even better in person! If you are traveling as a group, please know the primary bedroom is on one side of the condo, separate from the other 2 bedrooms (1 king & the bunkbed room). This was great for us to have privacy. The washer dryer is on the side with the 2 bedrooms, with a bathroom in the hallway (tub/shower combo). The shower in the master bedroom does have a pretty decent step in. We were just very cautious with mom and her mobility issues. My mom can sometimes play her TV a little loud, we did not hear the TV from the other side of the condo. The living room has the most gorgeous lake view! Even working in the kitchen at the sink you have the view. Sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. We were there in off season so you need to watch the hours and days on restaurants - Facebook was good for tracking that. Randy does an incredible job with communication ahead of the stay with instructions on the condo, access, amenities, and local recommendations. Everything is labeled in the condo there is nothing left to wonder about. He has truly made everything so easy to reference. Even how to use your own devices with HDMI - we have used a few VRBO properties and Randy handles all the details! Kitchen is extremely well appointed, we did not lack anything in our 11 days! Meals - Try Boji Prime for views and a wonderful food - yes...even the creamed spinach is spectacular.. Bar type food abounds in the area. Activities: We found a local fishing guide to give us a boat tour, that was well worth the views and the stories! We bowled in Spirit Lake - small local bowling center, quite nice. Massage - we headed into Spencer Iowa and hit Design Masters, great place and shop for all things bath and body like. Beds - I don't sleep well also have a bad back. Um, I slept through the nights, no back issues no pain - Great bed!! Check in and Check out were a breeze. No daunting tasks to perform! Thanks to Randy, all his preparation work, and a beautiful condo, out trip was wonderful (even though not warm) - not Randy's fault :-)

Randy is a retired director of Instrumental Music who now works part time starting the beginners for his school district and also manages the family farms and rental properties. His wife, Carol, managed a local health care office and is now retired . They have two grown sons - Tyler, who also teaches Instrumental Music, and his wife live in Cedar Falls along with there incredible twin sons while Bryon works as a data engineer in San Diego and owns a townhouse rental in West Des Moines. They have spent many years enjoying the Iowa Great Lakes with family and friends - and hope to help provide the same good times for your family!

I have been looking for the perfect property for our family for years - and this was it! At 1818 square feet, it is large enough to accommodate the needs of virtually any family. The view and location make this rental one of the best on the Iowa Great Lakes!

Benefits include: the large living area with a 65" Smart TV, three bedrooms - two with king beds (and TV's) and one with full size bunk beds, ground floor location meaning access off the deck or through the building, two baths including one in the large master suite, electric fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, amazing view facing west for gorgeous sunsets! The large deck includes a large table, up to 10 deck chairs, two loungers, a bench that transforms into a picnic table, and a gas fire pit - all under deck lights for the perfect place to be day or night!
