Located in a quiet street in Jurien Bay this large, modern, fully self contained holiday home features 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with separate toilet and hand basin. Free WIFI, good quality cookware, dinnerware and appliances.
Large 70cm TV, comfy Lounge suite with recliners. Plenty of parking either in the drive way or street parking.

The beach is at the end of the street just a short walk (7-8 min) and a short drive to the town centre. Just up the road is a really nice children's play ground, BBQ and Park is only a short 2 or 3 minute walk away. Around the corner is an off lead Dog Park & playground.

The perfect get away for couples, family's, or small groups. Maximum of 8 people as per the Shires Planning licence.

The house has a fully equipped modern chefs kitchen, complete with scullery, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, gas cook top, 900 mm electric oven and microwave. Ikea toddler Highchair.

The kitchen, dining and lounge area is open plan with high ceilings opening out to a large alfresco area with BBQ. Open up the stacking doors gives you a clear view of a 70 inch TV from the alfresco.

Large laundry complete with top loader washing machine, indoor clothes airer, vacuum cleaner & a Shark vacuum stick provided.

Reverse cycle heating/cooling ducted air conditioning to the bedrooms and living area.

The living area comes with a 70 inch LCD Flat screen Smart TV, DVD player. Comfortable Lounge suite, two 2 seater recliner couches and 1 x 3 seater. Dining table - seats 6.

The home is fully fenced, plenty of driveway and street parking. Secure parking for cars, small boats or motor cycles behind gates.

The property sleeps up to 4 couples or 4 singles, with the bedding arrangement of 3 queen beds and 1 double bed. All of the rooms are large with built in robes. Bedroom 1 is next to the bathroom and toilet, the remaining 3 are located close by off a hallway.

** Please note that Linen is supplied (by an external contractor) and will show as a separate cost on your invoice, a set fee we incur regardless if linen is supplied or not and/or for nights stayed or guest numbers, rather than increasing the nightly rate we list it separately** Includes pillows, donas, sheets, towels.

You are welcome to bring your own favorite pillows, bring your beach towels & a hand towel for the toilet basin.

Out door dogs are negotiable on request, dog, size, age etc, the back yard is fully fenced, with a 90sqm grass area. A great secure yard (The gap in the gates is slightly larger than pool fencing). The gates are at the rear of the house.

(Please note that the owners wing located at the back of the house is not included in the rental and access to the area is locked) We the owners will not be present at the property through out your stay but contactable by phone or through the booking site should the need arise.
