Green Patch Mildura Townhouse

PET TARIFF:$50 per stay and we add this to the H.A quote.
To maintain the hygiene and comfort of all guests and pets in the apartments we use a specialised cleaning service and seek a flat rate tariff for pets.

We welcome pets inside and provide a water bowl, pet towel and a large clean bed sheet to drape over the sofa or bed so pets can rest in comfort.

There is a private secure court yard for each apartment as well as a shared lawn garden area for pet play and toileting.
We have a large airline travel crate available at no charge for pets that like the shelter of a kennel-type environment. Short term pet minding in apartments is available by arrangement free of cost.

Let me tell you more about the Townhouse:

Our Townhouse is 16 squares in size, has two large bedrooms with king beds which can be split into king singles, we also have a fold out sofa in the lounge area and a hotel quality fold out bed which fits comfortably in the second bedroom.

For infants we can provide a portacot free of charge so the combined tariff would then be adjusted accordingly.

The town house has a large bathroom with a spa and shower (wheelchair accessible) and a separate toilet. All linen is supplied.

There is a walled private front garden with a gas bbq and alfresco dining area under a vine and wisteria covered pergola. There is a walled and paved private courtyard off the second bedroom.
Car parking is off street under cover.

Mildura Rural City Council has several large sports ovals designated as 'off lead' areas and the numerous wet land areas are great to explore. In the CBD there are many pet friendly cafes and restaurants all of which are busy with 'walkies, breaky and coffee' on weekends. We offer free of charge short term pet minding so guests can relax, shop or dine without their pet.

In Mildura there are three veterinary clinics specializing in small animals (dogs, cats, rabbits) and they all offer afterhours service.
There are several pet grooming parlours as well as several mobile services.

Green Patch Apartments are located two hundred metres from Aldi and four hundred metres from Mildura Centro Shopping Mall where there is a Woolworths' supermarket and many other shops.
