The Sunset Beach House

Brand new 4 bedroom,2 bathroom house right on the beach. Walk across the road for swimming, surfing, fishing or just grab a drink and watch the sunset.

This property is set just across the road from sunset beach and is only ten minutes from town and sporting facilities. The local shopping centre is less than a two minute drive which is open 7 days a week. So close to everything that Geraldton has to offer but due to its location is just so quiet and peaceful with very low traffic.

This brand new house features a lovely kitchen with excellent cooking facilities, large rooms with comfortable double beds in most. The outside area is large and well protected with an outside shower for the sandy beachgoers. Throughout the house is bamboo floors and high ceilings giving a sense of space and cleanliness. There is also a double garage that you can safely put your vehicles away.

This home is beautifully appointed with, close to everything whilst still maintaining a quiet and peaceful beachside presence. It is a family home that we would like to share with people from all over.

The property is protected with security camera on all boundaries.

Excellent property with plenty of room to spread out. A very quiet neighbourhood. All the essential's provided however we could not find an iron. Luckily one of our party had packed an iron. No big deal. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Fabulous house and location

A house that feels like home at the beach. Set up beautifully for comfort for all guests. The kitchen has all you could ask for. We enjoyed games of scrabble and chess and evening meals on the spacious patio. An outside shower to wash our feet after beach walks and the sunset drinks across the road in the dunes. Its just what our family needed. Jeremy the owner could not be more obliging. Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to others.

Really can't add much to the previous reviews, which all effectively match my sentiments, except to add my recommendation as a dog-friendly accommodation. Hardfloors throughout so easy to clean, which is a good thing because aside from the dog hair, and despite the outdoor shower, both us and the dog kept stamping sand through the place after enjoying the beach. Oh and I should mention the PS3. You might want to hide it from the kids to make sure they get out and enjoy the beautiful beach right across the road, but my wife and I had a ball with it while escaping the heat in the middle of the day. Highly recommended all round.

Short Break with really good host

We arrived on one of the hottest days I have seen (cars stating 48 to 50C) and I believed that. Jeremy went out of his way to make us welcome on even such a hot day. Lovely home with everything you would need(even a coffee machine) Had a call from Jeremy asking if we were aware of the blue alert that had been issued for Exmouth(were we live) And said he would grey out a couple of extra days for the cyclone to pass, We decided to leave a day early because normally cyclones are not the problem, Its the rain and flooding that follow. Best recommendation I could give, Its the first place I am going to look for when travelling down to Geraldton again

Extra Long Weekend Getaway

My wife and I stayed at the property with our two little dogs, Diesel (pomeranian X) and Willow (mini schnauzer). The house is lovely. Very clean and plenty of room. We enjoyed spending evenings in the theatre and the dogs loved the decent sized backyard to explore in. Geraldton and surrounds has alot on offer and would recommend staying at this property and visiting the following; - Burnt Barrel Outback BrewBQ. The food and location was fabulous. We were even going back again during our trip. Try their fried chicken, burnt ends and authentic dessert pies! - Illegal Tender Rum Co Distillery. We did the distillery tour, tasting and had a few drinks with a shared antipasto platter over looking the farm. The staff are gorgeous and we got to feed the resident goats, Billy and Tilly too. - Ellendale Pools. This location is breathtaking. Recommend either taking lunch or morning/afternoon tea to have there and take in the scenery. - Platform Markets. Sundays 8-12. Who doesnt love a good market and these wont disapoint! :)

Good for what we were doing

Family get together

The property is large and well suited for three couples to stay in. we were very comfortable and able to bring our dog (which was very important to my wife!!). Everyone had a good time (including the dog with the beach across the road) and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling to Geraldton as a family.

Nice and quiet area. Beach is beautiful. House was great, though the only thing I would complain about is the outdoor setting was dirty and had spider webs, so we didn't sit outside.

Beach side stay

This property is situated near the beach and the sun set is amazing. The house is large with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also has 2 living areas which is very good when it comes TV time. Kids can be in one room and parents in the other. There is a IGA only 2 mins away which is extremely handy. We all enjoyed our stay!
