Raywood - sleeps up to 17

Hi Hanlai, We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, and we’re sorry the issues with the bathroom affected your stay. We’ve already referred these to the owner and organised a handyman to fix these, as improving the guest experience is always our priority. A thoughtful response is important for future guests considering our home, and we thank you for helping us identify what to improve. We hope your next stay with us will be even better

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you highlighting the great spaces and the good location of the property. We acknowledge your comments regarding the maintenance and the level of cleanliness you experienced. Please note that a deep clean of the property has now been completed to address the cleaning concerns you raised. We are also actively reviewing the maintenance requirements and the quantity of provided items to ensure they are adequate for larger groups. We strive to provide a comfortable and well-maintained stay for all our guests and are taking your feedback seriously to make the necessary improvements.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review Donna, we greatly appreciate it. We wish you had contacted us during your stay as we would have immediately sent a cleaner to rectify any issues. This home consistently gets good reviews and the cleaning is often scored 100%. Still, to ensure we keep the quality high, we have now arranged a deep clean of the home and hope to see you again some time soon.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your comments Marie. We've inspected the home and agree that the home was in need of a deep 'spring clean' following the very busy period we've had since travel was opened up. We have got that happening now so hope that the home is much fresher for future groups.
