Sunset Strip Beach House.Free WiFii, close to Race Track, Smart TV

This is our much loved family beach house which we are so happy to share with people who are looking for a beach holiday destination. We take loving , good care of it and expect guests to do the same. It is generously appointed with heaps of extra blankets, linen, towels and everything you might need in a kitchen. It is always clean and tidy but it isn’t hotel 5 star accommodation! So please don’t book if you are looking for high end , 5 star accommodation! If you are looking for a well loved family home in a beautiful location then we would be happy to have you! Please note for your security and the security of the property there is external CCTV covering the front and back entrances.
Pets-$30 per pet per night. February and March- bookings 6 nights or longer will incur a $200 surcharge as it is at a super low short stay rate of $89 per night!
All long weekends minimum 2 night booking Easter weekend must be a minimum 3 night booking. All long weekends minimum 2 nights.
Unfortunately, we do not Buck Nights or Football end-of-season trip bookings. We do take respectful, one night bookings.
Set high in central, trendy Sunset Strip only a short bike ride away from the iconic Smith’s beach. Free WiFii, NBN. Smart TV. Unlimited Data! Six minutes to Cowes, 2 minutes to Race Track, twelve minutes to Penguins. Two minutes to A-Maze-N-Things (kids will love it!) and Koala park.
While adults relax on the huge, upstairs entertainment area, the kids can play downstairs in the separate living area, enjoying Foosball, large screen TV or connecting to the free WiFii to watch shows on their devices. Or connect your laptop or device to the TV and use the free internet to watch shows of your choice. There are also plenty of toys to keep the kids entertained. Also a Smart TV. For safety reasons, the Coonara is not for guest use. We offer a split system instead.
There are two living areas, one downstairs with a second spacious open plan living and dining area upstairs, complete with timber flooring, split system heating and cooling (also ceiling fans and portable fans), which extends onto a generous balcony entertainment area with BBQ. We have one large screen TV upstairs and one downstairs. There is a large six-burner BBQ on the expansive, second floor balcony decking so it is a great place for adults to relax after a day at Smiths beach (only a 2 min drive away). Smiths beach is a patrolled beach during summer so it is a great beach for the kids. We are also a stone’s throw away from the bike track to Smiths beach. There is an outdoor shower to use after you get back from the beach.
Beautifully presented, the home features 3 spacious bedrooms, all with built in robes, the master also features a private balcony, ensuite and walk in robe. The master bedroom has one queen, one double and a small sofa-couch and can sleep five. The second bedroom has a Queen (2 people) and a single bunk (2 people). The third bedroom has a Queen and a separate bunk (sleeps four). There is one sofa bed and one sofa couche which will sleep four. In total, there are beds/sofa beds for five couples.
There are also two floor matresses provided. A surcharge for groups over six people applies ($25 for each person per night over six). All required beds are fully made up with doonas, pillows, pillow cases, sheets and blankets.
All linen is provided. Non-required beds have no bedding on them so please ensure your guest numbers are accurate. If more beds are used than are booked there is a $30 charge for each extra bed used.
The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of cupboard space, an island bench, convection micro wave, dish washer, wall oven, electric cooktop and all cooking utensils including salad bowls, platters and non-stick frying pans.
The home also offers a second family bathroom with a separate toilet and a laundry with iron, ironing board, washing machine etc.
We also have a lovely, ground-floor, tree-shaded courtyard to relax in. $25 per person for every guest over six.
Pet fee- $20 per pet per night.
There is parking for five cars, including a single carport (with a concrete driveway) and established trees for shade and privacy. There is also plenty of off-property parking available.

These items are provided for all our guests - shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, hair dryer, bath mats, laundry and dish washing detergents, paper towels, garbage bags, tea towels, soap, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, cooking oil, large toy collection, board games.
Relax and let your cares float away in the secluded, shady courtyard. Or the kids can escape to the second living room for hours of fun playing with such toys as action figures, boats, cars, army vehicles, trucks, animals, pirates, soldiers. Most important, the second living room is downstairs so parents can get some much needed peaceful alone-time! Make sure the kids bring their down-ball with them as we have a perfect concrete area for the perennial kids-favourite of 4-square or down-ball.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for any internet issues that may occur. Internet reception/connection can be effected by a range of factors outside of our control, not least of all problems with the devices that are being used or incorrect use of the internet box/modem by guests. We provide free WiFii as an added, complimentary extra to make our guests stay more enjoyable. We do not charge for it. We always check the Internet is always working before any booking but connection problems can still occur. Strictly no refunds will be given for any internet issues.
Please note, that we have a strict no party policy. Noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number at time of booking
