Manly dream beach house

Place was very clean with incredible views. Julie is an amazing host. The property had everything you need plus everything for the beach which was only a five minute walk down the steps. Can’t wait to return next year!

Great location

The property is very well appointed inside, with a great view of Freshwater beach and has the benefit of being walking distance to Manly but in a quieter location. Easy access to shops, cafes and beach and the provision of beach gear is a really thoughtful addition. This a very special place at one of the nicest beaches we have visited. Thanks for a great stay, we look forward to our next visit.

Excellent

Everything was as advertised and clean. The manager was prompt and nice to deal with. The location is excellent and the unit is great. We had no issues at all.

Amazing apartment!

Everything about this property is great - from the well equipped kitchen to with towels, comfortable beds and bedding, a comfortable sitting area, a small washer dryer plus a great view over Freshwater Beach. Fun watching the beach activity and walking to the numerous cafes and shops. Communication with Julie was also exceptional. Highly recommend!

Overwhelming

Stunning view to the Freshwater Beach and the sea. The apartment is very stylish and elegant. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. This apartment is highly reccomandable. We enjoyed a whole week there. there.

The most beautiful view ever!

High on the cliffs over Freshwater Beach right next to Manly beach this place is close to it all. A close walk to Freshwater, a little longer to all of Manly, it’s all easy. Very modern and the view is not one that I would soon be forgetting. Bus stop paces away it’s an easy route. Queenscliff cafe was half a block away and a must for brekkie! Would love to stay again!

Beautiful property

Wonderful location, property exactly as in photos, perfectly clean with everything and more that you need to have a relaxed and carefree holiday. The location is perfect - Freshwater beach and Manly both equally accessible within a 10 minute walk - though worth mentioning there are lots of steps in both directions. Julie was a great host, contactable throughout and is genuinely keen to ensure her guests have a fabulous experience. We were all sad to leave and are looking forward to staying again on our next trip to Australia.

Jo thank you for being so delightful through & through, really!!! Whilst there are a few stairs/steps to navigate on ones way home, getting to the top is always well worth it! On the occasion when in heels I simply hail a local Manly taxis and minutes later I find myself back in my luxurious cocoon of ocean breezes & views that take that little piece of breath away, every time.....

Unparalleled View!

You will not believe this view until you see it for yourself. Better than the photos! Apartment is larger than in photos too. Had everything we needed and then some. This place was absolutely perfect for our week of holiday and Julie was fabulous to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of including early checkin so we could arrive straight from the airport and a very high level of communication. We are so grateful for this extremely relaxing week!

Excellent in everyway

We were hoping for a fantastic apartment, close to Freshwater beach, with Freshwater town and Manly within walking distance, a wrap around balcony with views over Freshwater beach, glorious sunrises and sunsets-we were not disappointed. Top floor apartment(penthouse) with every amenity you could want, opening the sliding doors to balcony provided a welcoming breeze. Highly recommended. Thank you Julie for looking after us.

Stunning

The property is beyond the description in every way. You are often disappointed with self catering but this property delivers a home from home experience which is often lacking with rentals. The comfort aspect from beds to outdoor recliners is not compromised, The equipment within the property is of a high standard and little details from beach equipment and umbrella's to Xmas decorations and napkins are not left out. Julie ( behind the scenes) is the most attentive host ensuring your needs are met without you even having to ask. We had the most amazing stay and miss the view and sea breeze already. I have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone.

Faultless beach side apartment -location, location, location

This property is beautifully presented, everything was quality. Host Julie obviously takes pride in presenting the apartment in an immaculate condition - clean, bright and styled with the latest accessories. Kitchen was well stocked with the most amazing view overlooking Freshwater Beach. Living room and large wrap around balcony all have the same view. Beds very comfortable with quality linen and towels provided. Julie makes herself available if required (we didn’t need her) and all instructions for access were clear and accurate. The little touches didn’t go unnoticed Julie, thank you for a wonderful stay in Queenscliff. We’ll be back!

Best ever ocean view apartment in Queenscliffe.

Walking into this chic and beautiful refurbished apartment, you are awe struck by the breathtaking views from every window. This apartment offers everything you will ever need for a really comfortable and special getaway enriched by stunning sunrises, sunsets and rainbows enjoyed from the balcony. It's incredibly comfortable, perfectly clean, quiet, with a well-decked out kitchen for the chef, and a stunning waterfall shower to enjoy after a local beach swim! No complaints here and we are definitely returning !

All the comforts you need, together with a most fabulous view, makes this a special place to relax..

We spent a week in Julie’s apartment. It was comfortable and very well equipped. The views were sensational! Making the morning cup of tea while looking out over Freshwater beach, lifted the spirits and set us up for the day! Evening meals were accompanied by lights twinkling over the neighbourhood. In between, we spent many relaxing hours on the wrap around veranda, watching the comings and goings unfolding below. The stairs up to the apartment added a modicum of fitness to our week. As did the steps to the beach! Julie was easily accessible and helpful throughout. Thank you for a great stay. It couldn’t have been more like home...away! Sharyn and Derek.

As good as it looks - highly recommended!

If you have found this review you will have already seen the pictures of the property. They show it exactly how it is - a perfectly located spot with fantastic views. The pictures illustrate perfectly what to expect. The location was perfect with Manly beach 10 minutes walk away and Queenscliffe beach just down below and directly accessible via steps. Also, Julie was a great host to deal with; super quick replies to queries during booking, arrival and great local knowledge with recommendations and contactable throughout our stay without difficulties. No hesitation in recommending Julie and this fabulous place!

Wow Apartment

Perfect and fantastic property

Had a wonderful stay, if I could give julie a 10 star rating I would. Life is perfect in this beautiful space, well appointed, good appliances, the views and position are awesome. No need for a car you can walk every. Freshwater Beach offers a peaceful safe pretty beach to swim at. Julie was a fabulous host and looked after my daughter and I, we felt very safe liasoning with her!

Perfect location

Our stay at the apartment in Freshwater was spectacular! The views are amazing at sunrise and sunset and the location is perfect to walk to Manly, Curl Curl, or to Freshwater Village for supplies. Julie was a wonderful host checking in to make sure things were going smoothly and having a few goodies on hand when we arrived to make our stay that much better. Will definitely stay here again!
