Casa Del Mila Oro

This beautiful resort is perfect for a family vacation. Whether you want to go, golfing, winetasting, or just relax this is the place for you. Enjoy all varieties of water-sports on this warm freshwater lake, or if you are feeling lazy, paddle around in our shared pool or hot tub. Electronic bikes and scooters are available for rent right at the resort.

The unit is steps away from the pool and hot tub and a simple walk across the street to the private beachfront with a private dock. Boat moorage is available for guests: $30 per day/$175 per week. Must be booked in advance due to the limited availability.

Forfamilies with young children, there is a roped off area for safe swimming as well as sandy shallow play areas for building sand castles.

In season, all types of fresh fruits and vegetables are available, with u-pick available for family fun. Wine tours are close by and can be booked so no driving needed.

A walk into town lets one enjoy shops and restaurants. An amusement park is one block away.

This one comes fully furnished including two bedrooms (queen-size bed and double bunks), one bath, leather sofas, granite countertops, and much more. A second one is available if you are looking to have the extended family with you that sleeps 9. The area is noted for its golf courses and you are in the midst of world renowned wineries and a varieties of fresh fruit grown at the many local orchards.

We are a non-smoking, family oriented resort.

Monthly Winter booking available from October 2025 to May 2026. Minimum of 4 months stay required. Inquiries welcome.

We had a wonderful time! The place was very clean, great space for a family of 4. Joanne was a great host and was very helpful. Raddlesnake cannon, Tumbleweed Distillery and pizza 97a are just down the street. We would definitely recommend this place to stay.

The location and property itself were nice with the pool. Our condo wasn't the cleanest with dirty dishes in the cupboard and dust bunnies on the floor and under the bed. I was surprised to see there weren't and items stocked such as sugar or coffee. We also did not have a wine bottle opener which was a hassle.

Nice place for a family getaway

Nice property in this family friendly complex. Kids loved the pool, close to beach and the complex is well maintained. Master bedroom mattress could use a replacement, but other than that, it worked perfectly for us!

Great location, really nice beach and the condo is super close to the pool. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Super easy check in and the hostess was very quick ro respond if we had a question. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of this complex is excellent! 3-5min from most places in town and just steps from the lake. Beautiful private beach area and dock for guests/residents only. The unit itself is is comfortable, clean and cool. Communication was friendly and prompt. We would happily stay again.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Casa del Mila Oro! The host was really easy to communicate with. The complex and unit are exceptionally well maintained. The unit was very clean and comfortably fit our family of four. The patio is nice to sit out on and feels very private. The pool/hot tub area is close to the unit and a great spot to hang out. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend this rental.

Adequate but not great

The property itself is great and is in a good convenient area. The grounds and pool are well cared for. The unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. The furniture in the unit is old and well worn especially the lazy boy chair and the sets of drawers in the primary bedroom. The drawers were falling apart in the larger chest. The toilet handle stopped working but management quickly came with a fix which we appreciated. However the handle was then very hard to use to flush the toilet so this needs to be addressed. Overall we were pleased with the accomodation.

Staying at the Caso del Mila Oro resort was our first time in Osoyoos and we had a great time. Joanneā€™s condo has a great location close to restaurants, walking/biking paths, wineries, and beaches. The private beach (right across the street) is mostly grass with small sandy areas but itā€™s a 30-minute walk/5-minute drive to Gyro Beach which is huge!The condo unit itself is well-equipped with full-sized appliances, plenty of kitchen utensils, and an in-suite washer/dryer - it was so lovely not to have to use a common area laundry facility!The primary bedroom was spacious with a sliding door to the full bathroom, however, the second bedroom (double / twin bunkbed) was small and didnā€™t have a window.The private deck was great, and we loved how it was set away from the pool.If I could make just two minor recommendationsā€¦fix the squeaky queen bed and get new pillows - most were flat, lumpy, or stained.Joanne was a great host and responded almost immediately when I had questions about our unit. We are already thinking about returning next year!

Loved our time here!

My family of 4 stayed here for the July long weekend and it was perfect for our stay. The unit is on clean, comfortable and on ground level close to the pool, but not too close so that you have privacy while on the patio. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make your own meals. The resort has easy access to the lake across the street. We very much enjoyed our stay here and loved the keyless entry! It was a home away from home.

Nice complex

We love staying at this resort. First time in one of the condos. They are a great size for the family. This one is perfect if you love time in the pool. It's easy access without being right beside it so you have more privacy. Easy walk to the lake access too

Great place

This place is a great little spot. Just around the corner from the beautiful lake. Lakeview winery is literally a 5 min walk that overlooks the lake. The accommodation was great!! Kitchen was fully stocked with so much!! Very nice couches and sitting area. Very comfortable bed and nice linens. Towels could use some up grade?! Joanne was fantastic at taking care of anything that needed tending too. ( thank you!) This place is definitely a family destination, many children in the pool and a lot of fun to be had!!

Very clean, close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants

Joanne was very prompt replying to emails. Condo was great, very clean, close to the pool and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed using the barbecue and sitting in the patio. Wifi was not working. Also had problems re-entering the condo after 10 pm as the code was not working so had to call the office, apparently people have had issues in the past.

ANT problem in the suite that needs to be corrected

Location was great. Suite had a strong carpet-fresh odour which we could get past. Bed was very comfortable. The main problem was ANTS. Riddled everywhere. In the kitchen. In the bathroom. And in the bedroom. I woke up in the morning with them crawling over my phone and in the bed. My daughter had them all over her neck in the bunk room. And they are not just little. Our friends rented the suite 2 doors down and had no problems with ants. When we updated the front desk and the Vrbo host after our first nights stay we were told it wasnā€™t a problem for the previous guests and they gave us 2 traps which did nothing. It was a bigger problem than 2 traps can handle. After buying our own sprays and extra traps that still didnā€™t completely correct the problem We left 1 night early because we just couldnā€™t handle it anymore. If it gets corrected it would be a great spot to rent.

Well equipped condo

Very nice property, not on the beach across from it, condo is further back in the complex, so no view, patio faces back of one of the buildings so very private but nothing to look at. Would be nice to have some beach chairs to go sit at the beach instead of bringing your own. Joanne very helpful and a pleasure to deal with
