Beachwood House, is designed for entertaining and the beach life!
Soaring ceilings in the main living area infuse the space with an airy lightness while large sliding doors afford an excellent vantage point for watching the ever-changing sunset .Your beach house boasts a well equipped kitchen with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the ample outdoor entertaining area and BBQ facilities.
With a separate outdoor shower area this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom split level home is perfect for beach living!
Settle in and enjoy the Grand Prix and all Phillip Island has to offer in style -- all beds have pillows and donnas so you can bring your own linen or Bed linens (with towels ) are available at $25.00 per person as part of your stay, so all you need to do is pack the fun stuff.
Within walking distance to Grand Prix Circuit, Smiths & YCW beaches; close to restaurants, nature reserves, wineries,parks & shopping.
Enjoy the indoor outdoor living experience your wrap around balcony has to offer- sunsets, surf, and sea breezes.

Travel with all the family, including the fur babies. Let us know the name and breed of your petwhen the booking is being made.
To ensure your pet feels safe and secure whilst on holiday there is a purpose built, undercover and garden area for them to enjoy, especially while you are out and about during the day. A kennel is provided but you will need to bring you own dog bed. So that everyone can enjoy the beach holiday, you know the drill, leave property in a super clean state, pick up all droppings from surrounds

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Smiths Beach, Phillip Island offers visitors a beautiful golden sandy beach cove ideal for beach games, fishing and walks. Smiths Beach is part of the Phillip Island National Surfing Reserve. Good consistent waves are ideal for beginner to advanced surfers, body boarders, stand up paddle boarders and swimmers. During low tide you can explore the rock pools at both ends of the beach, the larger pools are also ideal for snorkelling. Smiths Beach General Store offers a delectable array of food supplies and is a licensed premise. Smiths Beach is home to the short tailed shearwater (mutton bird) and the Carpark at Smiths is fronted by the mutton bird rookery. The Koala Reserve and local attractions such as Oswin Roberts Nature reserve and Amaze n things are within walking distance from your location.

The bus stop for Smiths Beach is on Back Beach Road and services run daily with special services offered for select events.
