Hyland House is a new three-bedroom house that has been furnished to make you feel at home.
Centrally located in the heart of Warrnambool, it is close to the Warrnambool hospital and CBD. It is only a short walk to the shops, cafés and restaurants of Liebig Street and a short drive to the beach.
The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped. The generous open-plan living area on the ground floor has polished timber floors and opens out onto a spacious deck, which has been fitted out with a barbecue, sink and fridge. The second level is fully carpeted and includes a second living room and a study. The upstairs living room is a great place to sit at the end of the day to watch the sun set over the ocean. Situated on top of a hill, the house has views as far as Tower Hill and Port Fairy.
The main bedroom, on the ground floor, has a king-size bed, an ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe. The two upstairs bedrooms have comfortable queen-size beds. The spacious upstairs bathroom is stylishly fitted out with a vanity, shower and bath.
Thanks to the double glazing and insulation, you will be comfortable no matter what the season. The air-conditioning will keep you cool in summer and the gas log fire will ensure you stay warm and cosy in winter.
