The Homestead offers a sanctuary that is perfect for families and couples seeking solace and some quality time away. A haven that is surrounded by nature yet only a few minutes drive to surburbia, shops and beautiful beaches. The accommodation includes beds for 6 with three spacious bedrooms for guests two bathrooms, and guests have exclusive use of there own lounge area with their own private entry through the door leading out to the garden area. Guests lounge/kitchenette is equipped with fridge, tea, coffee making facilities and microwave, there is a flat screen TV with netflicks Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout home. Large garden area with Gazebo, BBQ and swimming pool.
The Hosts live in on site and are happy to offer guests assistance and provide a fully cooked breakfast for guests for small additional charge.
Guests can assist with collecting fresh eggs daily, meeting and feeding the other animals that live on the property. Guests can have a ride around the property in our tractor cart and enjoy feeding the horses and ponies some carrots. All linen provided at the property. Close to many local attractions and only 15 minute drive to Swan Valley and Caversham Wildlife Park.

Harmony Acres Homestead is an absolute gem. Sian and Bill are exceptional hosts and the most lovely people you could hope to meet. I thoroughly enjoyed the week I spent at Harmony Acres and very much hope to return. The home itself is just beautiful with a wonderful, welcoming, family atmosphere. The guest accommodation is very generous, spacious and extremely comfortable. Be prepared for the most wonderful menagerie of horses, sheep, doggos, lovebirds, geese, ducks, chickens and various other feathered visitors! Thank you so much Sian and Bill. Chris.

Brilliant, fun and a blast

Bill and Sian were very nice, the chickens and the ducks kept us supplied with eggs for breakfast and the kids absolutely loved feeding the horse and the tractor rides

Wonderful experience

A beautiful, immaculate, clean and tidy home with an amazing farm. Very spacious bedrooms, excellent facilities including multiple bathrooms, to with Netflix, full kitchen which is well equipped with condiments. Lovely swimming pool and amazing hosts. What a fantastic place!

We stayed for 12 nights, we were returning to Perth for a family trip and wanted some where where we could relax after days out sight seeing. This place ticked all our box's, being comfortable, spacious, clean, well situated and very homely. The property is set in beautiful surroundings, there are geese, sheep, dogs, horses and chickens around the farm, Sian kindly took my daughter to feed the horses and chickens, and to collect fresh chicken eggs, she absolutely loved it!The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are super comfy. We had 2 bathrooms but only needed to use 1 between the three of us, and the shower was great. There is a lovely shaded outdoor dining area in the garden, where we enjoyed a lot of breakfasts, a gorgeous way to start the day. The pool was a brilliant addition to the property, it was always lovely and clean, the kids made the most of the pool most days, it really kept them entertained.The property location was perfect, set in a nice quiet area but super close to lots of tourist spots: Caversham wildlife park, Outback splash water park, Yanchep lagoon/Caves/National park etc. Also it was very handy for shopping, the local supermarket is was just a 5 min drive away and Joondalup shopping centres 10-15mins drive.Our hosts Sian and Bill were just lovely, very kind and thoughtful, they brought fresh eggs on our first day, nothing was a problem, couldn't have asked for better hosts or a better place to stay, I highly recommend this accommodation.

Des hƓtes exceptionnels dans bel environnement

Accueil familial,on se sent comme Ć  la maison ,la ferme de Bill et Sian est remplie d'animaux heureux de gambader dans la propriĆ©tĆ© : oies, moutons , poules; chevaux,....Les propriĆ©taires sont toujours prĆŖt Ć  nous renseigner.maison mon trĆØs agrĆ©able et le barbecue est apprĆ©ciable.La piscine Ć  fait le bonheurs des petits enfants et des grands parents.

The filthiest place we've ever stayed.

We were warmly greeted by the owner, and apart from the rooms, the outdoor area with a BBQ, pool and surrounds was filthy and looed as if the area had never been cleaned.There were masses of spiders webs everywhere that had never neen removed, grass so overgrown, and the pool area and seats were so filthy we wouldn't let the kids sit on them.Also there were slabs placed around the pool edges that is very dangerous and I cannot stress enough how bad the place is, and the photos on their website do not show it.We were booked for 2 nights, arrived at 2pm, but by 4pm we couldn't stand to stay another minute, so packed our bags and left, and we were so embarrased by this that we couldn't say to the owner what we really thought, and gave an excuse that one of the children was unwell and had to head home.So this was a big loss to us, as we paid 600 that we can't get back.Be warned, their photos are so deceptive!!!

Unforgettable farm stay

We had the most incredible 4-day stay at Bill and Sianā€™s farm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The setting was peaceful and charming, the perfect getaway from the everyday hustle.Bill and Sian are phenomenal hosts who go above and beyond to create a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy, perfectly fitting the rustic charm of the farm.The highlights of our stay included swimming in the lovely pool, feeding the horses (a favorite activity for all of us), and the fun tractor ride around the property ā€“ such a unique and memorable experience. Evenings were just as special, with Sian joining in on our karaoke sessions and Bill sharing a beer with us while telling amazing stories about the history and heart behind their farm.This is the perfect escape for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the warmth of genuine hospitality. We canā€™t recommend this place enough and canā€™t wait to visit again!Thank you, Bill and Sian, for making our stay so unforgettable.

Beautiful

Our employee stayed here for work reasons. It turns out it was a property he was in charge of help saving in the fires that swept through this area (he is a volunteer fire fighter) so that was really a great experience for him.

Lovely stay

Our hosts were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had a very comfortable stay and the children loved the interaction with the farm animals. We all enjoyed the tractor ride around the farm. I would stay there again and can definitely recommend Harmony Acres.

Family Friendly Farm Stay

Bill and the team were super welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Having the Geese, sheep, horses and dogs close by was great. The shops are a short drive away. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large. The bedrooms and kitchenette and lounge are at the end of the main house, so it was pretty private. The pool was a lovely place to cool down in. Bill letā€™s guest feed the animals and the kids can have a tractor ride around the 5 acre farm. These guys are the most friendly hosts we have had in all the years of Bnbs n homestays. Thank you.

Amazing

Loved our stay here, the animals were amazing and the kids loved the cart rides around the property. Sian and bill were so friendly and very accomodating. Beds were very comfortable. I wasnt aware we would be in the main house with the owners which is why i knocked off a couple of stars for accuracy of description. Just with 2 youung kids who are very noisy, my preference would have been to stay in a separate unit but this had minimal effect on our stay. Thanks for a great couple of days!

A special weekend

My daughter once again LOVED our stay on the farm; this was our third stay this year, and my daughter didn't want to leave. Not only because the farm is so beautiful and the animals are so friendly but because Bill and Sian put so much effort into making it a memorable stay. Thank you again for such a lovely visit. We can't wait to go back again.
