Main reason for choosing property was the amenities:private hot tub. It did not work and took 2 days for someone to diagnose pump was broken. Each company strong holding the other it was their responsibility to correct the issue. All mattrees need to be replaced. In the end, paying customer suffers with no resolution. Will NEVER use them again. Don’t use 903D condo!

Fantastic Property, But This Unit Missed the Mark in a Few Areas

We usually stay in a different unit at Turquoise Place, but since it was booked, we gave this one a try. The property and amenities at Turquoise Place are absolutely amazing—we truly love staying here! This unit had the same great floor plan we prefer: spacious, with a bedroom and bathroom for everyone, which works perfectly for our family. It was nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.That said, a few things missed the mark in this particular unit. The bath towels and toiletries were extremely basic—more like what you'd find in a budget motel (at best). For the price point, we expected a higher level of quality in those essentials.We also encountered a few maintenance issues during our stay: a possible gas leak (which turned out to be from a neighboring unit’s grill), a non-working dishwasher, and hot tub jets that were mostly non-functional. The silver lining was the property manager’s response—very professional and quick. Work orders were submitted right away, and everything was resolved within about 8 hours.The unit was clean overall (and you could definitely smell bleach), but the floors were another story—our socks were black after two days, so clearly not mopped even if they were vacuumed. Additionally, communication with the property manager leading up to our stay could have been better. All in all, we still love Turquoise Place, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Spring break vacation

This location is wonderful! The condo is gorgeous and even more spacious than the pictures represent. Very clean and well kept. Wish we had some more basic supplies that lasted the duration of our trip like dish soap and such. Great communication. We had a wonderful time!

Week of heaven!

We had a beautiful, relaxing, stress free week and it was amazing! The condo was beautiful and spacious. The resort staff were so nice and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Turquoise place stay

Very nice large condo! It would have been perfect other then a few mechanical issues , that didn’t affect our vacation and a few cleaning issues that we addressed ourselves! The view was incredible and we saw dolphins daily from our balcony! There was construction at the facility so it was a bit noisy at times but it was definitely nothing that disrupted anything!

Beautiful Property BUT Condo in need of some love!!

Turquoise Place is Amazing. Great amenities, Amazing Views, staff at property responsive, Staff at pricket responsive, However the condo is not cleaned properly. Furniture has to be from opening 15 yrs ago. We also had to call the property manager every day of our stay with another property issue. Leaking Toilet, broken fan above stove so alarms went off issues with Broken tub. All Broken things were addressed right away. Horribly leaky kitchen faucet mentioned in several reviews. For the price we paid the furniture should be kept clean and in good condition. The sofa was filthy, as well as you sunk in to the springs in many places. The side chairs were just as bad. The side tables and coffee tables looked like they belonged in a college apartment. The beds in the second king and the two doubles need replacing. FILTHY no walls had ever been cleaned, smooched bugs on wall, dust an inch thick. The lights were covered in Dust in every room. Floor had mop pieces stuck to it when we checked in. Used soap bar in 2nd king shower. Mop pieces stuck to floor. I have stayed at SeaChase, Caribe and several places in the area that were much less and had much nicer furniture. We had a great time regardless as the beach, sunrise, sunsets, amenities and Family made the vacation. But this unit needs TLC. The Dr family must never use it because I would not stay in it again due to the upkeep and lack of things, like towels ( bath, beach and kitchen) Kitchen items lacking etc.

We love staying at the Turquoise. This unit was dirty when we arrived-- the floors needed to be mopped, cabinets wiped down, and stove, fridge, oven, and micro needed to be cleaned. The toilet did not work and the hot tub kept blowing the breaker. All toilets had to be plunged everytime they were flushed. The TV's were difficult to program everytime they were turned off. The master bath shower water was cold. When I emailed Prickett, they sent someone almost instantly. The last few days we were there, we just ignored it because we didn't want to seem needy. Overall stay was great---but at the price we paid, it needed to be cleaner overall.

Wonderful vacation!!

The condo is as advertised. It was spacious, nicely decorated and excellent amenities!! We loved the convenience of the elevator to the door to the condo! We will definitely consider this condo again on a return visit.

What a wonderful experience. Turquoise Place is fabulous. We loved our accomodation. Just a few recommendations; Step open garbage can in kitchen was filthy. Should be cleaned inside. Grill needed cleaning. Most outlets in master bathroom did not work. The stay was so great we give it a 5 rating despite the few flaws. Beach was superb. View from room/balcony was unbelievable. Orange beach is lovely. We will stay here again and bring others in the family to also enjoy this experience.

Great Place, Would Stay Again!

Overall, I would highly recommend. The condos were very nice, setup well. Windows were floor to ceiling with unobstructed views of the gulf. The beach at night was slightly lit up so you could still see the beach and waves at night from the balconies, which I loved. My only suggestion for improvement for future guests is that some sort of literature be provided about on what floors to find the various amenities and activities. We had to hunt or ask folks where to find things as we didn't see any signs or markings in the elevator to point us in the right direction. Once we found our way around though, everything was so nice. My friend and I and all of our kids had a blast! We would definitely stay here again!
