All the while only a few minutes drive from famous Margaret River wineries and galleries, and its stunning local beaches and surf breaks.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was gorgeous, spotless, and just a short walk to the beach. The kids had so much fun exploring both inside and outside. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway!

It feels a bit run down and wasn’t worth what we paid for it.

We stay regularly in the Margaret River. We always rent houses that look comfortable and give us all the amenities to relax and stay in if we wish. The location is obviously great and we enjoyed the quiet small town feel. However, compared to other properties we have stayed at in a similar price range it didn’t stack up. The outside of the property is not cared for at all. If you have a family and just want somewhere to crash after a good surf, then this is a good property. If you are after a bit of a wow factor then I recommend going elsewhere. I’ve stayed in many other properties in this area that fit the type of stay they are trying to promote.

Our previous HomeAway reviews are 5 star, this is also matched on Airbnb where in fact we have had 22 out of 22 - 5 star reviews. Our latest Airbnb review from Tina (March 2019) writes: Beautiful house well equipped with lovely finishes. It was spotless in every way and such a pleasure to stay there. lovely stay for 3 couples

The space is well equipped to accommodate, we each had large rooms with queen beds. The kitchen had all the trimmings you could need. Bathrooms have shampoo and conditioner which is handy. Wonderful views of the ocean and lovely deck. Be aware, the fireplace is nice but is not a wood fire, so you need to fill it with ethanol which gives off a smell and some of us got a headache from.

We had a large group of us for a girls weekend and the houses were perfect for what we needed. Beautiful furnishings, everything you could need. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again!

This house lived up to all our expectations! It was great. Gracetown is a beautiful little surf town and this house was perfect for our trip away!! So close to the wineries, Injinup natural Spa's and everything else The Margaret River region has to offer. We would definitely stay there again.

Best weekend away !!

We had a blast at "The Bay House" My partner and I spent only 3 days at the house and didn't want to leave! we have already decided that we will be rebooking this house, on our next trip to Margaret River. The house was in the best location, it had beautiful beaches, Great surf! and it was a really quick drive to the wineries. **** I highly recommend this house to anyone !****
