Great for golfers! This newly renovated 3 bed 2 bath pool home is located on a lovely golf course. The pool area faces beautiful sunsets. The home is near shopping, restaurants at Gulf Town Center and Coconut Point. Beaches in Bonita Springs or Fort Myers Beach close by. This home has new Kitchen, master bath, guest bath and many updates to the home. We renovated this home as our future retirement home. The golf course views are peaceful. Also perfect location for Perfect Game baseball tournaments. ⚾️

Comfortable, clean and beautiful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The layout is comfortable, everything was very clean, and the kitchen is beautifully equipped. The lanai and pool were a favorite place to kick back. Gorgeous sunsets over the golf course!

Our second stay

We loved Lisa’s home so much we booked it a second time. The home is clean, well stocked, and has a beautiful view of the par 3 hole of the San Carlos Golf Club. All the furniture was very comfortable and the home has been updated very tastefully. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful property and great location

We stayed here for ten days while visiting our in laws. The neighborhood is quiet, the house was very clean, has a great floor plan, kitchen well stocked, and the outdoor patio/pool area was very relaxing with great sunsets. Lisa was a great host. We can't wait to come back.

Great guys golfing trip.

This property was great for guys golfing trip! It is close to a lot of golf courses and great places to eat. The pool was too cold to swim in May. The house was very clean and communication was great! We will definitely be back.

Meticulously Clean and updated!

Lisa’s home is not only clean and tastefully updated, but it is well equipped with anything you could possibly need. The kitchen is very well stocked with good quality items that were certainly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit the area.

Golf Getaway

The house was extremely clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. It was ideally located for the 6 courses we played. Lisa was immediately responsive with any questions or concerns.It was exactly as pictured in the description of the property. Would definitely stay here in the future!

Very Nice!

Great location for exploring the area. The back yard abuts a golf course which was a pleasant experience when sitting by the pool. Wifi was a bit spotty limiting TV access but overall okay if you are not working remote full time. Overall, would definitely stay again if in the area. Home was nicely appointed and had all the amenities and provisions one would expect.

Golfing Friends Getaway

This unit was perfect for our group of three. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of hurricane damage to the lanai but that was the only problem. The house was clean, nicely decorated, had a bright updated kitchen, & plenty of room. Any requests were taken care of immediately. There was plenty of golf available in the area. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying at this house and it was even better the 2nd time. The pool cage had been damaged by the hurricane two years ago, but it was fixed for this visit. Definitely made swimming at night more enjoyable. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and dishes so we could prepare some meals while we were there. The lanai is where we spent most of our time. It had very comfortable seating with great ceiling fans to stay cool and the view of the sunsets was just breathtaking!!! We came to relax and spend some nice downtime with our daughter, son-in-law and grandson who live in the area. The house was a great space for us to visit and spend quality time together. Lisa was a very responsive host who answered any question we had promptly. We will definitely come back again!

Hidden gem

The home was exceptionally clean upon arrival. It was very comfortable and even offered a recliner chair for my wife who has Parkinson’s. That made her stay much more comfortable. The view from the pool deck was awsome overlooking sunsets in the evening. Everything in the house seemed to have ample supplies including linens, beach towels, kitchen accessories, etc. The homeowner Lisa was very upfront with information regarding questions which I had before the visit. Overall we had an exceptionally nice stay and enjoyed being on the golf course. A great home which I would not hesitate to rent again.

Great Home and Owner !!

Very clean, updated, modern and comfortable 3 bedroom home. Lisa, the owner, is a jewel to communicate with !!! She is "on top" of her business and is quick to respond regarding any questions and/or suggestions regarding the local area. The back yard enclosed pool area faces San Carlos Country Club with an unobstructed view and to some of Florida's beautiful sunsets !!! The living room, with large screen TV, is very comfortable and situated where all can get a great view of the TV. Kitchen is very well equipped and very, very clean and functional. Bottom line ........ wonderful home and owner !!! Will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Fort Meyers!

College Trip

Very nice

Owner was great, very quick to respond. Inside was very nice, everything updated. Very close to airport(planes fly very close by so if your a light sleeper it might be an issue, wasn’t for us)Pool was not heated so we weren’t able to use. There is no TV in the 3rd bedroom(with twin beds) just FYI. Overall a very nice place to stay:)

Thank you for your review. Yes we are 10 min from the airport but in the winter months there is more air traffic. I have to say no one has ever commented on noise from the airport before. I live in the area and I’ve never had issues with aircraft noise. Pool was not heated, in Florida not many are, but I do have plans to update that too, major updates already done to the house. There are 3 TVs in the house and no real space for one in the twin room, unless I put it in the closet 😆 which I have considered.

Great property for a family to stay.

The house was in great shape. It appeared to be newly renovated. The pool was nice and overlooking the golf course was a bonus. The house is very close to the airport and Florida Gulf Coast University. Centrally located for going any direction. The owner was easy to contact and stayed in the appropriate amount of communication. Great house, will rent again.

Beautiful House & Amazing Owners!

We rented this property in Ft. Myers because of it's proximity to Jetblue stadium, where my older son was playing in a Perfect Game tournament. This house is absolutely beautiful! Completely renovated, open floor plan with a pool on the golf course. We visited the rented houses of some other families on the team, and although some of them rented near the beach or on the waterway, this house was by far the most beautiful inside. The house is also equipped with pool towels, beach chairs, and even a cooler that we used literally every day at the ballpark. It's also worth mentioning the hosts - these have got to be literally the nicest people we've ever met. They were extremely committed to ensuring we had everything we needed, and anytime I reached out , they responded immediately or even came over within minutes. Extremely kind people, and I would not hesitate to rent from them again. We had a great experience, and I would do this over a hotel room every time! Plus we had a washer/dryer to wash those uniforms !! This is a great home for a family with kids, highly recommend!!

Beautiful cozy home!

We had a great weekend at the house. Had everything we could have needed plus more was very updated, clean and cozy! The owner’s pride in the property definitely showed in the attention to details of what makes a comfortable, welcoming stay for guests.
