Located on the heights of Apokoronas at Kefalas village, in a private domain, this 130m2 splendid property of the 18een century offers an outstanding sea view. This lovely traditional villa features a variety of traditional materials which are revealed as you work your way through the house: vaults, timber beams, etc... The elegant, warm and charming decor is relaxing and inviting. Everything has been modernized to give maximum comfort and convenience while maintaining old-world charm. The house has been lovingly decorated by the owner, a talented artist who has displayed a selection of her work throughout, which sets off the interior perfectly.
The entrance leads from a covered courtyard by a Tilia tomentosa to the living space, composed of the living room, the bedrooms, the dining room and the kitchen. The living room is enlightened by large windows on a terrace and a swimming pool (8m). The omnipresent sea view is spectacular.
The view will take your breath away. Whether you are dining al fresco on the terrace, taking a dip in the pool or soaking up the rays from a sun lounger, you will be treated to a fabulous view of the Mediterranean.
The location of the house is superb for exploring. Kefalas is situated northeast of Vamos, 5 km distant, located on a hill with a great sea view. It is a exceptional traditional village with much preserved local architecture and impressive old village churches. The village is 350 meters above sea level. In Kefalas there is a grocery store, supermarket, some cafes & a tavern. The Ombrosgialos bay with turquoise sea, ideal for snorkelling or diving, is only 2 km away.

What We Offer to Our Guests
We will be at hand to meet and settle you into the house, answer questions and help out in any way we can. We can make restaurant and activity reservations and recommendations. As we live in Chania we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests.
The rental price is all inclusive, including parking, Wi-Fi, all electricity and heating charges, sheets, bathrobes, towels, liquid soap and staples in the kitchen: salt, pepper, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, basic breakfast items (milk, fruits, fresh bread, jam, honey, butter, cereal, eggs, olives, local cheeses and sausages) and useful items such as toilet paper and cleaners.
