*Please read full description below before booking* Our place is close Cubs Spring Training, Historic Downtown Mesa, Mesa Arts Center, Golf, Movies, Shopping, Restaurants and the 202 Freeway. This is a cute little space in a quiet friendly neighborhood that with allow you to enjoy your vacation or retreat with all the amenities of a hotel but allow you full access to your own kitchen and laundry. We offer a fully stocked kitchen and premium bedding.

Please Read full Details:
Our one bedroom guest house apartment is attached to our main house but is completely private with its own entrance. There is one parking spot available in the driveway on the left side as you pull into the driveway. The walkway to the west side of the home will take you to the entrance of the apartment. Please let us know if you have any special requests or need any special accommodations! Our apartment is handicap friendly with grab bars in the bathroom and shower. Pack and play available upon request. 2 tv's one in each room, high speed WiFi, loaded kitchen, huge bathroom and luxury bedding all the comforts of home for a fun and relaxing stay.

Peaceful retreat

The property is charming, clean, quiet and in a neighborhood where I felt very safe! The casita had everything I needed and more! (Hair dryer, soft towels, toaster, coffee maker & more!) I really enjoyed relaxing on the side patio, while enjoying the sunshine and sweet sounds of the birds. The communication with Nick & Kellie was prompt and pleasant! I am a very satisfied customer and will hope to return again!

Loved the apartment and neighborhood

My wife and I had a great 2 week stay in Mesa. This location worked out for us in every way possible. We had a very nice talk with Kellie. She made sure that we were completely satisfied with her apartment. We will return here in the future !

The casita was everything ii was advertised to be, cozy, comfortable and with all the amenities - plus it had the biggest, spa-like shower. We had all the necessary resources to cook an Easter dinner for 4. Great hospitality on the part of Kellie and Nick. Highly recommended!

Centralized location, close to Phoenix and close to the airport Quiet, residential area, quick drive to restaurants and grocery Suite includes all you need, small square footage but updated; love the large walk-in shower with rain shower head Very nice touch was the small Christmas tree, cookies and fire place aglow when we arrived late Christmas day!

Wonderful Updated Place

We had a wonderful stay at Kellie's property. We traveled with our infant for Thanksgiving. She provided us with a pack and play upon request which was so helpful. The place is clean, well maintained, and updated. The neighborhood was great and you're a quick drive to many places. It was perfect for our small family. There was no dish soap or laundry soap provided so be sure to stop and grab some. Garbage space, towels, toilet paper, etc were all plentiful. One thing I would ask for is an extra blanket in the master bedroom. I tend to sleep cold and would have loved an extra layer. Also, my husband had to sleep on the cough one night due to a cranky baby and there were no extra blankets to use. Kellie was very friendly and had quick communication. We would definitely stay again!!!!

Cute and cozy

My partner and I had a wonderful stay with Nick and Kellie! They made us feel very welcome and offered help when needed; we will definitely recommend this suite to any friends and family that may travel through Mesa in the future. Very nice studio apartment.

Kelly and Nick were very friendly and helpful. We needed a board put down in front of the door jam so the scooter would more easily drive into the apartment. Nick got it right away and it worked just fine. There was plenty of storage for our clothes. It was nice having a washer/dryer on-site. The walk-in shower was great. The kitchenette was just what we needed.

Highly recommended!

My dad stayed at this property while looking to buy a house in the Valley. Kelly and Nick where just amazing! They made everything so easy. They were great with my elderly dad, they made him feel like he was staying with family. The apartment is very nice, everything in it looked new and it had a modern feel. It would be great for a couple who doesn't need a lot of space or someone traveling alone. I would highly recommend this property, the owners are outstanding and will be as involved (or not involved) as you want them to be with your stay. Thanks Kelly!
