Great beach rental for my family! Across the street from the beach and walking distance from 2nd street where all the restaurants are! Kitchen had random tools that you wouldn’t expect, complete! Would rent again. Thank you Tamara!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is very thoughtfully stocked. Everything was convenient and we were delighted to find boogie boards and life vests as the beach is just across the street. Tamara is an excellent host in every way.

Great house, even better in person. Very clean, well stocked. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Beach view from rooftop lounge area. Side view of beach from front courtyard. Standard flight of stairs to upstairs bedrooms. Spiral staircase to 3rd floor rooftop. We had a great time, plenty of room for our family of 5.

The hot tub was beautiful. The kitchen had everything that one would want, and we love to cook. The house was lovely and comfortable…..lots of places to gather and talk. The rooftop was wonderful with the grill. A good table is up on the rooftop with plenty of chairs to eat. Totally enjoyable and one house across from the beach

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children spent a long weekend at this home. Everything about it was perfect. So impressed with the home having 2 air conditioners and access to control the temperature for our comfort. Very close walking distance to the beaches. The 2 Parking spots in the garage were so helpful, easily fit 2 medium size SUV's in the garage. Street parking was also manageable and could park close to the home. The house was beautiful, so comfortable, with an amazing kitchen with everything you need. The property was very clean, extra pillows, blankets, surplus of towels were provided. TV's with Direct and Netflix and many other streaming APPs. The top roof was amazing for relaxing in a clean, easy to use jacuzzi, a JennAir grill, small refrigerator, all the tools needed surrounded by a huge bar with stools for seating and another table for seating at least 6. We definitely would love to make this our annual family vacation. Thank you to Tamara for easy and prompt communication. She is one of the best! Cathy

Nice beach house

We had a fantastic stay at this Long Beach house. The location couldn’t have been better — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but still in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The house was clean, stylish, and felt like home from the moment we walked in.It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and plenty of space to unwind. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area — great for evening hangouts or just soaking up the California sun.

Everything about this house and VRBO rental was spot on perfect. Every year we rent a house for this week for a birthday celebration that always falls on or near Labor Day weekend. This is the 5th year doing this and we have found the perfect house for this celebration. It's everything as it's described and more. And the hosts were perfect and helpful. Wish I could buy this house lol, but I'll settle for being hopeful to rent it again next year for Labor Day Weekend.Thanks Tamara!CheersChristopher

The host amazing, super helpful and very attentive.The kitchen could use some sprucing up. The spices were VERY old and many of the appliances were dirty. Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked.When we booked the house, it was advertised as sleeping 10. We should have realized that we couldn't put two teenagers in the double beds, and we could have used one more bed for our group. I appreciated that the hosts had an air mattress for us that was all set up.The house was in the perfect location for our event.

Jennifer, thank you for staying with us. I’m sorry the kitchen wasn’t up to your standards. We do our best to keep everything very clean, tidy and any spices that are left on hand are just a bonus, not a requirement. Our posting is very clear on how many the house sleeps, layout, bed types and pictures of each room. We went above and beyond to provide you with a very nice air mattress to help you out. We cannot disagree more with your rating.

Living my best life in Long Beach

Property as shown in pics - beautiful! Would stay again. Many amenities. There were even skewers for shiskabobs. Few minor flaws, like no central air - but plenty of floor fans that needed a little cleaning.. AC never needed. The property Manager was responsive and helpful when we reached out. Lovely neighborhood.

Thank you for your kind review. We strive to make sure our guest comforts are always met And do provide fans for those who want to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. We do have central air on the 2nd floor and are adding another zone for downstairs June 7, 2019 after last years heatwave. The nest A/C controller is upstairs in the hallway and a second zone controller is downstairs. I realize they don’t look like traditional older style controllers. Sorry you missed the controller or how to use it. I will make sure to make instructions more clear in the welcome booklet. We hope you stay again next year.

Great property & location. Needs to fix A/C

The house is very nice, clean and modern and has plenty of room. Its very near the beach and restaurants, pubs and shopping (short walks). Awesome roof deck with great views and grill kitchen. One BIG problem was it was hot weather and the A/C was not cooling the house. Very hot and at times uncomfortable, so during hot months be aware. If that gets fixed its a perfect rental.

Please accept our apologies for the air conditioner. We had a terrible heatwave and the condenser went out. The system has had a complete overhaul is is now working great. We will happily give you a discount on your next trip out. Thank you for your feedback and understanding.

Great property with the exception of internet access. WiFi is nonexistent in some of the house and when you can get on, internet is very slow. A property of this price range should never have an issue like this. Understand trying to keep cost low, but skimping here would make us question renting again next year.

What a great time we had in the Belmont Shore house! It is just as pictured with a beautiful ocean view from the rooftop deck. Our host Tamara was very responsive. I got responses from her within a couple hours of emailing her. The house was well stocked…all the kitchen supplies you need from napkins to cooking spray, all the kitchen appliances you need…4 coffeemakers, waffle iron, griddle, air fryer…the works!, bathrooms with all toiletries (I wouldn’t have needed to bring a thing except my makeup), great beach gear (boogie boards, towels, cooler on wheels, umbrellas, wagons to pull everything in, etc) and stuff like laundry, and dishwasher pods. It’s all there! There is a two car garage for parking (very convenient). The house had a few quirks, like we figured out to get hot water in the back upstairs shower we had to run the downstairs shower for a few minutes, but that was minor considering everything else. Great hot tub, lots of fun things to do nearby. I would definitely stay there again. Tamara was a great host!

Awesome location!

We had such a great time at Tamara's house for my finances 30th birthday. The location was perfect between the beach and shopping/restaurants! She had everything we needed and more and was very quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend her place!

Wonderful family beach getaway!

Our family beach trip here was truly wonderful. Tamara goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is covered. The house is relaxing and has everything you need, for a worry free stay. The rooftop views and amenities are in itself amazing! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone considering a family beach getaway.

I grew up in Venice California and always lived near the beach. I graduated from Venice High. I moved away from the beach, but my heart said to return. The house was built in 1926 and weathered the 1927 floods. In 2003, the entire house was gutted and a complete one story remodel. In 2012, the house was redesigned adding a second story and rooftop patio.

I rented this house for two years and fell in love with it. I had the opportunity to purchase the house. To live across the street from the ocean was a dream come true. Belmont Shores was a kept secret for along time. It's not a secret anymore.

The area is amazing. Where else can you walk to dinner, have drinks at the local sports bar, drink coffee, then walk across the street and sit on the beach. When your tired of sitting in the sand, you can walk up to the rooftop and enjoy the views while soaking in a hot jacuzzi.
