Spacious and comfortable mountain chalet, 4 *, near Payolle, Pic du midi

At an altitude of 1000 meters, on the sunny plateau of La Laurence, nestled above the hamlet of La Séoube, our spacious and comfortable cottage welcomes you in any season, with family, friends, or two.
It opens onto a large private garden from which you have a view of the surrounding mountains, forests and pastures.
The cottage was built in 2011, in an ecological concern we used the least polluting materials possible and respected the style of the region.
It consists of a ground floor and a floor.
On the ground floor, an entrance, with a wardrobe, gives you access to the main living room-living room-kitchen where a wood stove will warm your winter evenings. A corridor leads you to the bedroom with its adjoining bathroom and a breathtaking view of the mountains. The toilets are separate.
You reach the first floor by a beautiful wooden staircase which leads to a dormitory with 4 single beds, then a large bedroom and a bathroom shared by the dormitory and the bedroom.
You can enjoy two terraces, one in front of the bedroom and one in front of the living room which opens onto the garden to the south. Garden furniture and deckchairs are at your disposal as well as a barbecue for convivial moments.
From the cottage, summer and winter, you can indulge in many activities.
In summer:
From Lac de Payolle which is 5 minutes from the gîte, numerous hikes, mountain biking, horse riding, acrobranche, fishing, nautical activities. A little further: climbing, via ferrata, white water sports, air sports (campan paragliding at 10mn).
In winter:
All snow activities: in Payolle, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, dog sledding, Grand Tourmalet, La Mongie, downhill skiing, and other board sports.
