Peace at Plateau - Mollymook Beach

Peace at Plateau is a relaxed haven set among the trees at the high end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Relax and listen to the birds and at night, open the windows, let the breeze in and hear the surf waves in the distance.

The three bedroom house has an open plan living space with a large kitchen, lounge and dining area. The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite. The other two rooms have king singles with additional trundle beds under and serviced by the upstairs bathroom. Downstairs there is an additional study with a lounge that operates as fold out double bed along with another bathroom. The house is perfect for a family of four but has the facilities to include a few others as well.

There is an enclosed garage underneath. And an elevated deck surrounds half of the house at the front.

Comfortable all year round – the house sits high and gets cooling sea breezes but also has reverse cycle air conditioning for those really hot summer days. In the winter, the unit heats the house but for ambience, there is also a wood fired heater.

Tastefully furnished, comfortable and only minutes from all the attractions of Mollymook and surrounds. The local bowling club is just around the corner, 600m to Tallwood shops and a kilometre to the north end of patrolled Mollymook beach. The surrounding area is renowned for its swimming, surfing, fishing, bushwalking and golf (two courses). The surrounding areas of Ulladulla and Milton provide unique shopping and additional attractions.

There is a large screen LCD TV in the lounge, blu-ray player and a good selection of movies in case the weather is more attuned to inside activities. There is also another LCD TV downstairs, an array of books to peruse as well and a coffee machine. Wireless broadband is in place or go retro and use the record player.

The backyard is flat with a covered area. A Weber bbq is available. The side gate opens to a leafy green space – no close neighbours on the left hand side.
There are four security cameras located around the house for security when the house is empty. They are deactivated during rental periods and the system can be unplugged inside the house if guests so desire.
