Headland Vista - Stunning beach views

With stunning views of Seven Mile Beach Gerroa, 'Headland Vista' is an extremely well appointed and well cared for holiday home ideal for a larger family or two families holidaying together. The house has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people. We have all the amenities you could need for an enjoyable beach getaway and it's just a short 5 minute stroll down to the beach.

Main Level:

* Large open plan well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 bench chairs. Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas stove, milkshake machine, kettle, toaster, electric mixer, sandwich maker, electric frypan, food processor. A northerly protected courtyard opens off the kitchen to an alfresco dining area with table & 8 chairs, 2 sun lounges and BBQ.
* The main dining area opens out to deck and enjoys fabulous views of the beach. Extension dining table has seating for 12 people.
* Large sitting area with balcony the width of the house looks straight down Seven Mile Beach, across to views of Coolangatta Mountain and along Crooked River.

Upstairs:

* 1 bedroom with 2 king single beds and built in robe
* Main bathroom with bath, separate shower & toilet

Downstairs:
* Bedroom off rumpus room with 2 king single beds and 1 single bed
* 3rd bathroom/laundry (with washer/dryer and iron) also on this level. A second refrigerator also in the laundry
* Large rumpus room with Digital TV and DVD player.

Gerroa is a beautiful, relaxing, beachside town which still remains untouched and tranquil. Gerroa itself is enjoyably quiet but has the advantage of being a 5 minute drive to Gerringong where you have access to cafes, supermarket, small shops, banks, take away dinner options, bottle shop etc. We are 15 minutes to Berry which is a quaint town with many boutique shops, delicious cafes and bakeries, pubs and fabulous restaurants. Gerroa is also a great base to explore the other stunning beaches of the south coast or you might just find yourself heading to Seven Mile Beach everyday!

Please Note:
There are stairs from kitchen area to dining/lounge landing that can't be sectioned off for babies/toddlers as they are too wide. Please take this into consideration when booking if you are concerned about stairs with small children. We have many children/grand children that use the space regularly but it is up to the individual if you are comfortable with the stairs. There is one baby gate at top of staircase going down to rumpus room/downstairs bedroom.
