Nestled in behind dunes the Surf Shack is a large comfortable beach front home perfectly suited to a large family or group of friends to enjoy a weekend get away or longer break (sleeps 6 adults and 4 kids comfortably). At the enviable address on Surf parade you are literally stones throw away from the main surf beach and a short 15 minute stroll to the center of Inverloch.

This property is split level with two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry downstairs off a front lobby as you enter through the front door.

Up a small set of stairs you come into the Kitchen area which has dining table and chairs, and breakfast bar perfect for kids. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and great entertaining. There is a Coonara wood heater in this area which effectively heats the entire house in the winter, and there is also a split system air conditioner for cooling in the summer months.

Off the kitchen area to the back of the property there are two more double bedrooms and the second bathroom. Also off the kitchen area and up a another small stair case is a huge open plan living/lounge/TV area with a pool table making the upstairs area perfect for chilling out.

At the front of the property is a huge outdoor front deck with outdoor dining table and chairs. There is also a large outdoor deck umbrella covering the dining table and offering some shelter form the sun. This deck area is also equipped with a comfortable outdoor setting for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine or champagne as you listen to the waves break on the beach or some tunes.

At the back of the property there is another outdoor deck area with a second outdoor lounge setting for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee in the sun. Then further up the back of the property is a covered BBQ area where you have another outdoor dining table and chairs, BBQ and back bar area. A small lawn area perfect for kids is adjacent to the BBQ bungalow making for a great spot for kids to entertain themselves in the tree house while you cook dinner..

An hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inveloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach and child-friendly inlet beach, Inverloch caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time.
