One95 Family beach house

Make your time away easy and relaxing. We have lots of space - so you won't be on top of each other, with 7 bedrooms (no more than 2 people per bedroom) , and 4 bathrooms it's easy for a group or several families to share. Our rates include linen and bath towels, and with beds made up for you, all you have to do is turn up!

On Victoria's famous Great Ocean Road, this spacious house is situated only 900m from the popular Point Roadknight Beach, and with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is great for several families or groups of up to 14 people - plenty of space to spread out and no more than 2 people per bedroom.

Please note we don't take "Schoolies" bookings, and will require full guest list with names and ages for all bookings between 15 Nov and 15 Dec, apologies for any inconvenience.

Our two storey beach home has separate living zones on each level, each having a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and large open plan living area. All you need to do is turn up - all linen and bath towels are provided at no extra charge and beds are made up for you.

With seven bedrooms and four bathrooms , One95 Family Beach House is ideal for accommodating just one family upstairs or several families over both levels. Each bedroom sleeps only 2 people, allowing ample space and privacy for up 14 guests.

Large front and back yards, there is plenty of room for kids to play including cubby house and swings, and is fully fenced.

A carport, and a circular driveway in garden setting provides ample parking space.

Two large decks, one at the front facing southeast with ocean views gets the morning sun, whilst a sheltered deck at the rear facing northwest has the afternoon sun and gives our guests a great chance to enjoy outdoor living during their stay.

Wood fired heater, gas heater and split systems keep you cosy in winter, and on those rare hot summer days without a sea breeze the split systems will also keep you cool.

Bedding, linen and bathroom towels provided for your convenience.

For your entertainment we provide full internet access, books, adult and childrens games, toys and bluetooth speakers.
