Thanks Corrinne Apologies you felt our communication was rude, having looked back over our messages I cannot see anything that would indicate or make you feel that way. All queries were answered promptly and always with please, thankyou's and warm regards. The location of the home and the walk into town is something out of the home owner and our control, to get the wonderful views that properties in Queenstown offer does come with steep hills that need to be worked around whether in hiring a vehicle, Uber, Taxi or walking, if fit and able bodied enough. The 6 Star exclusive hotel next door is private property and does not allow for the public to utilise their guests access so not an option. Thanks Roger, we really appreciate the thought and detail that went into writing and sharing your feedback. We were pleased to hear that you and the family enjoyed your time in Queenstown, we are glad that the property and its location suited your needs well. We totally understand the challenge with parking a larger vehicle, you can park outside the garage door as long as it does not block access to and from the complex by other vehicles. Our listing description does describe the three bedrooms as follows: Master Bedroom: 1 x King with ensuite, Bedroom 2: 1x King & Bedroom 3: 1 x King. Council does require a waste management plan be in place for short term visitor accommodation, the general waste allowance of 150 Litres per 7 days being slightly more than the weekly allowance using the council bin collected weekly. It is just cleaner and more efficient for us to manage the waste by collecting it and disposing of it at the transfer station, this avoids overflowing council bins when guests arrive outside of weekly bin collection day. As advised the dry-cleaning fee was for the King mattress topper, due to the blood having seeped through the sheets onto the topper rendering it unavailable for the next guest's stay.
