Casa Andante, as the names suggests is a place of tranquility where life takes on a slower pace. A place to retreat and experience the peace and slower pace of country life.

This beautiful five-bedroom , 5 bathroom house, right in the heart of Trentham, is the perfect escape for 10 people.

Casa Andante sits on almost 4000sqm of beautiful gardens which makes you feel as though you are away from it all, even though you are right in the heart of Trentham. It is an easy 5-minute stroll to the fabulous pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops.

Casa Andante is an elegant, comfortable and spacious home. Stunning antique furniture, light fittings, objects d'art and artwork feature throughout the house. Every room is a feast for the eyes, with beautiful and unique furnishings and decorative items.

The outlook and position of this magnificent home makes it a perfect property for all seasons. In Summer you can enjoy al fresco dining in the garden, a picnic in the spacious gardens, croquet on the lawns, or find a quiet place to read a book. At night enjoy the starry skies sitting around the fire pit in the garden.

In winter, curl up in front of the fire in the cosy living room on comfy sofas. Choices of indoor entertainment include wifi, a HD flat screen TV , Google Chrome cast, DVD player (range of DVD’s supplied), board games, books, magazines, and Bluetooth sound system. You will stay toasty warm with two wood fires, two split system units and heaters in each bedroom and bathroom and electric blankets.

The hand made farm-house table with seating for 10 is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. A BBQ is also provided on the deck. A chef can be arranged to provide catering at the house, although there are so many great places to eat in Trentham just minutes from the house offering dine in or take away options.

The property has five stylishly appointed bedrooms with super comfy beds and beautiful linen and bedheads. Each room can be configured with a King-sized bed or two long singles. You will be kept nice and warm as each bed has electric blankets and gorgeously cosy bedding. All bedrooms have en-suites with a shower, toilet and basin.

Indulge in massages either in Trentham, or a massage therapist can be arranged to come to the house.

All linen is supplied as well as tea, coffee, milk, oil, vinegar salt & pepper.

Unless there is another booking arriving on the day you check out, a late check out may be arranged.

Children are most welcome (to be included in the total number of 10 guests)

Parking available in the driveway, which has video surveillance.

Casa Andante is a perfect retreat venue for small groups of up to 10 people. The Garden Studio can be rented with Casa Andante.

Sleep in!
Enjoy a late check out time to have a leisurely start to the day. The blackout curtains and super comfortable beds make for a wonderful sleep.

Eat!
At fantastic local restaurants, pubs and cafes or eat at home! The house is a short walk from the historic Cosmopolitan Hotel, Annie Smithers' legendary restaurant "Du Fermier", the famous Red Beard Bakery, The Hotel trentham, "Ensemble" and The Trentham General, Cafe Adeleine, Market St Cafe and gelateria and Mr Peacocks. It is a short drive to The Pig and Whistle in East Trentham and The Blackwood Hotel in Blackwood. Then of course there are loads of great places to eat in nearby Daylesford, Kyneton and other surrounding towns.

Walk!
The Wombat trail and The Domino Trail are very close to the house. Soak up the beauty of the forest. The Domino trail runs between Trentham and Lyonville. For the serious walkers, there is an extensive network of walking trails throughout the Wombat State Forest.

Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. Or have a chef come to cook for you in the house.

BYO bike and enjoy the many bike paths and country roads in the area. Take a trail ride on a horse or a Lama with one of the experienced local operators. A great way to enjoy the local flora and fauna.

Enjoy a massage or a treatment at one of the many day spas in the area. Or you can arrange for someone to come to the house.
