Hi John and Amanda, Thanks again for staying in our 3 Bedroom townhouse and pleased to hear you enjoyed your break. You may like to also consider our 2 Storey 3 Bedroom House at Dalmeny Shores for an extended gathering in the future. It has a 2nd bathroom, dishwasher, 55" Smart TV with Netflix, ducted aircon, piano, etc and can also be booked with a 1 Bedroom Studio and unlock the interconnecting door to make a large 4 bedroom home for upto 12, with 3 bathrooms and multiple living areas including spacious covered balcony overlooking the sea. You may need to book in advance, because we try to pitch all our accommodation at competitive pricing to provide the best possible value. cheers Rod and Sandy

The guest booked for 2 adults and was sent email confirmations, overdue payment reminders, receipts and access instruction, all indicating a booking for only 2 adults, though they then had 6 people stay. Sadly, requesting payment for the 4 extra surprise guests, albeit at a reduced rate during peak period, may not have been well received. The one toilet may have been inconvenient for this family of 6, however the amenities in the accurate listing and pictures indicate one toilet. Granted one bedroom is furnished with antiques which may well be described as old, despite having a 2nd flat panel TV. However we would not describe the Villa as very basic. It is clean and has quality inclusions such as reclining leather lounge suite, solid timber dining suite with extension table, 50 inch flat panel TV with free Netflix, free fast 100Mbps FTTP Wifi, new 460L family size refrigerator in a fully equipped kitchen with Scanpan saucepans, solid Ash timber bedroom suite, genuine Weber barbecue on the balcony overlooking the sea, etc.
