A cabin along the Great Ocean Road hinterland with Nordic ease and functionality.

What we provide
- Cabin accomodation for 2, solo use, electricity, gas heating, solar power, filtered ultra violet tank water, air-conditioning, first aid.
The Cabin is set up to provide you with everything you will need for your stay.
We are from a hospitality background and understand the importance of a well equipped property.
We are committed to the environment and ask if you are using the heater or air-conditioner please only use these items if the doors are closed, respect for our planet.
- Large deck seating up to 6, Gas BBQ, full utensils.
- Full pantry, EVO oil, Salt and pepper, herbs, also available fresh herbs and lemons and limes in our garden, and seasonal fruits.
- Quality stainless steel pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, glassware, place mats, containers.
- Lavazza electric caffettieria, stainless steel plunger (tea or coffee) sugar, T2 tea, tea bags, herbal teas.
- Queen bed, quality Linen sheets, 2 pillow cases, one king size doona cover, fitted sheet, one flat sheet, blankets, coverlet.
- 2 bath sheets, 2 small towels, 2 face washers, 1 bath mat.
- Dindi Naturals - Shampoo, conditioner, mist spray, soaps and loo paper.
- Kitchen and laundry - dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, cleaning detergents.
- Comfort, Leather sofa for 2, quality cushions, throws.
- TV, due to the lack of availability of wifi we cannot offer wifi.
Your phones hot spot seems to work more effectively. Apple TV is available.

The Cabin is a hand built, open plan and fully self-contained space that sleeps two.
It features a stylish timeless interior with many quality design pieces and is perfect for a serene getaway.
The Cabin's a hideaway that understands its commitment to the environment.


The garden is large and requires gardeners who are active on the property, if they are scheduled to visit we will inform you. At times Caretakers live or are close by to the property and we will advise if they are scheduled to visit.

The space
There is one luxury bedroom that has a plush handmade solid wood Queen bed with luxury linen, a dresser, wardrobe and stunning leather couch with soft luxurious cushions.

There is everything you could want to feel spoilt and have a romantic farm escape. If you’re a couple or travelling solo, the Cabin is the perfect haven to experience seclusion and privacy.

The property has beautiful gentle slopes that lead into deep tree fern gullies and over years we developed an extensive landscape of European and Australian native plants, shrubs and trees, which is ever changing with the seasons.

The farm garden has now matured. You will find an abundance of fresh herbs, seasonal fruits, foliage and flowers, which are picked annually and are grown using organic practices.

We hope that others will get as much enjoyment out of experiencing The Cabin as we have had creating this special place.
Other things to note
- Please report if there happens to be any damages. Damages are to be paid for by guests.
- Lots of native animals birds, kangaroos, koala’s, kookaburras and many more. So please respect them, we recommend not disturbing them.

Call out fee will apply @$75 per hour

- We ask that you leave our Cabin as you found it with love, affection and care.

Interaction with guests - self checkin - minimal - during peak the peak season caretakers live at the property.

We are available online for any questions during your stay.

Neighbourhood overview
Views of the Otway ranges, overlooking Bass Straight and a wonderful private garden!
Visit Victoria is a wonderful website which will give you plenty of ideas for day trips, walks, rides, exploring the coast, as much as you want or as little as you want.
Getting around
No public transport. You will need a car.
From Tullamarine Airport 2.5 hours.
From Melbourne, 2 hours
From Geelong, 1 hour Train/Bus V/Line bus travels the great ocean road and stops in Lorne.

Other items to note:
Kangaroos live in the area, the big greys, you will see them mostly dawn and dusk. They will be active on the property so don't be afraid, do not approach them.
