Luxurious, corner, top floor, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo unit with an elevator in a private, gated community. Sleeps six. Unit is located on the ocean side of Highway One with private access to the Breakwater Junction Bike Trail connecting Lewes & Rehoboth. It has a screened-in porch directly facing the beautiful, quiet woods. Plenty of onsite, handicap parking at no charge.

The community has one of the best swimming pools in the area with fountains cascading into the pool. Off to the side is a heated hot tub. The swimming pool & hot tub are open just before Memorial Day - just past Labor Day. The community also has a beautiful pond & evening fountain lights at the pool & a pickleball court.

The private access to the Breakwater Junction Bike Trail can connect you to downtown Rehoboth, the beach or Revelation Craft Brewery (along the way to both). The trail also can connect you to downtown Lewes, DE for an amazingly tranquil & scenic bike ride. Bring your bikes or rent from nearby local shops. The YMCA is a short walk away and there is easy access to the Rehoboth Tanger Outlets. Jungle Jimā€™s Water Park is directly across the intersection for family fun. Rehobothā€™s Fresh Market grocery store is across the intersection as well. Walking distance to Rehoboth's Tuesday summer farmer's market downtown.

Free Wi-Fi provided. Master bedroom has king size bed with separate door to screened porch & private bathroom. Second bedroom has one queen size bed. Third bedroom has a queen sleeper sofa. Every room & porch have ceiling fans. Unit has central air/heat. Hardwood floors cover the den, kitchen & entry areas. Unit is equipped with washer, dryer. Roku in den w/ DVD player & XM radio unit. Master & guest bedrooms have Roku for streaming.

Fully upgraded, granite top, kitchen is equipped with a flat top stove, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher. Pots, plates, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, etc. are included. Single stream recycling is in place for the community.

Sorry, no pets & no smoking in the unit. Families & mature individuals are welcome.

From Labor Day-Memorial Day, two night minimum. From Memorial Day-Labor Day, one week minimum. Check-in time is 4PM, check-out time is 11AM.

Beautiful condo close to downtown

We are return renters who enjoy the clean, comfortable amenities, quiet neighborhood and relaxing pool located just outside of downtown Rehoboth. Near the outlets and just a short drive or bike ride to the beach, the condo is centrally located to all of the popular spots. We will be back!

Beautiful Location, Great Value, Excellent Owner/Host Service

Owner/host was very responsive & accommodating. Condo was beautifully furnished. Location to town was perfect. Screened porch facing woods was quiet, serene, so relaxing. Incredible value too. We'll be back on & off season.

Great, clean property. Nice pool and hot tub! We all enjoyed the screened in porch. Ample space for a family of 5. Loved Rehoboth beach and the trail was a bonus for biking and running.

Really nice property, including elevator and community pool. Only suggestion would be to include a regular toaster (instead of, or in addition to, the toaster oven) and a Keurig coffeemaker (instead of, or in addition to, the more conventional one).

This place is amazing. The layout, location, and hosting by Dan were all top notch. Being on the bike path and on the ā€œgoodā€ side of the 1 made it so we could park our car and either walk or ride our bikes. We come down every year or two and we always rent a different place. We would definitely rent here again. The pictures donā€™t do it justice! The back porch overlooking the woods was so relaxing. The community is small and quiet and only 2 quick miles on the bike to the beach! Such

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Owner is super responsive and great to deal with. The unit was very clean and ready at 4pm. Parking is a dream. The apartment was clean & had plenty of space for five of us. The pool is a bonus after a day at the beach, although the hot tub was out of commission (which was disappointing), but what are you gonna do - it happens. Lol. The apartment is conveniently situated between Lewes & Rehoboth. We took advantage of both (Lewes was great for our young grandsons). We will return!

Great location!

We loved this property! Great central location to get to many beach spots. We loved the pool after a day at the beach and the easy access to the bike trails. Our only issue was that the cleaning crew was running late, so the cleaning was a bit rushed but that really wasn't that big of a deal. We would certainly stay here again!

Beach Life, Home Comfort at The Tides in Rehoboth

The Tides is conveniently located just off Coastal Hwy at the exit leading in to Rehoboth Beach. The gated community is tucked back in the pines with no sound or bright lights from the main road. Plenty of unmarked parking spaces available, so guests are free to bring multiple cars if needed. Bike racks are positioned throughout the property, so definitely consider bringing or renting bikes on your trip to take advantage of the numerous bike trails between Dewey, Rehoboth, Lewes and Henlopen State Park. While the beach is only about a 10-minute walk, we preferred to drive (with all our chairs, umbrellas and towels) and pay $15/day via Parkmobile. This gave us the freedom to spend days at neighboring beaches we hadnā€™t tried before and enjoy a change of scenery and local restaurants. We were surprised at the number of public parking spaces in Lewes, Dewey and Rehoboth. The unit is among the best situated within The Tides complex being on the 3rd floor and backing up to the woods and bike trail. The screened porch provides a private retreat that is safe from mosquitoes and cooled by the ocean breeze and a ceiling fan above. In addition to the fully stocked kitchen and comfortably furnished family room, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable. Having the laundry facilities means never having damp towels and less packing since you can wear fewer clothes throughout your stay. Open the freezer and you are met with several chilled pint glasses waiting for your favorite beverage. The complex pool includes lovely fountains, clean and spacious restrooms, and hot tub that is always at a desirable temperature. The property is easily accessible to the most popular destinations in the area, and the unit itself is impeccably furnished and artfully designed. We had a great week and can't recommend more highly!

I stayed for the week with my two young children. I zeroed in on this condo simply because I could picture myself on the deck that faces the trees. It turns out the kids enjoyed that spot just as much as I did. We spent a lot of time there. The community is clean with many friendly neighbors and the convenience of the trail was everything! The host was clear and detailed with his communication and the one time I had an unusual question, he replied immediately! I have no complaints whatsoever about this condo, the community, or the host! We will be back!

Very nice

We had a great time! The condo was clean and spacious with all the kitchen supplies provided. It was centrally located, so hitting the beach, restaurants and shops was very convenient. Other than a few small things, we were very happy (ie a few lightbulbs were out, the sink in bathroom was clogged, the master bath could have been cleaner). We are thinking of returning for a vacation next year!

Second straight year staying here. Owner is very prompt and attentive. Home is perfect for a small family. Pool/hot tub is fantastic! Location is excellent- right on the bike trail and easy access to both downtown area and route 1.

Week stay with our family of five

We loved staying at Danā€™s place. It was clean, beautifully decorated and an ample amount of space for our family of five. The location was great for all that Rehoboth has to offer. Our family loved the pool on property, the bike trail, and my kids loved taking the elevator (LOL). We definitely plan to return next year.

Overall a good stay

The apartment was just as described. The interior was a bit dark. Plenty of lightning but the wattage seemed less than ideal. Communication with the owner was very satisfactory. Although it did not take long to get to the beach, it would have been great if we could walk there. Overall very good.

Great Place

Dan was an awesome host. He responded to questions before and during our stay promptly and had necessities and comforts there for us to use such as extra pillows, plenty of dishes, and paper products. The pool facilities were wonderful! My girls really enjoyed hanging there before and after beach time. There's a hot tub too for the adults- awesome during our stay since it was on the cooler side while we were there. We also enjoyed the screened in porch for relaxing evenings with a good book. The king bed was wonderful. The other beds have a plastic cover on them that bothered my girls when they moved at night (could hear/feel it). We put a blanket on top and then the fitted sheets, and that solved the problem. They said they slept without any issues after that. The only negative was that someone obviously had a dog in the place before us; we could smell it. We let the owners know, as they have a no pet policy. The walking path to the beach was a nice bonus. It's a little far to walk for preschool aged kiddos, but fine for my 3 girls ages 9-15. It's even easier if you have bikes. Overall, this was a really nice place to stay, and we highly recommend it. We had a lovely stay.
