You have direct water and beach access steps from the back door as well as access to Pensacola Beach and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico right across the street! Walking distance to local favorites such as Peg Leg Pete's! There is a beach shuttle to the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for your convenience. **Note - the shuttle only runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day** This is a great spot for watching the world famous Blue Angels practice! Get ready to relax and unwind with your toes in the sand!

**Currently there is some ongoing construction around the Boardwalk complex to repair boardwalks, pilings, and outdoor staircases. We have reduced our rates as a result of the ongoing construction. This is a great opportunity to enjoy the very popular Boardwalk community at a lower discounted rate. Refunds will not be given for construction noise or inconveniences.**

- There are two parking spots for this unit - overflow parking is available in the parking spaces around the outer edge of the property
