Newly available for vacation rentals! This 3-bedroom condo is located in the East Village of Copper Mountain, with easy access to the Super B Chairlift. Copper Springs offers all the amenities to make your stay at Copper Mountain enjoyable and comfortable. With 2 master bedrooms featuring King beds, this condo is a great option for couples or 2 families traveling together!

The condo boasts a spacious kitchen and living room. The dining room table seats 6, and there is additional seating at the breakfast bar. The living room includes both a Queen Murphy Bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa for extra bedding. Please note that occupancy is limited to 8 people.

The master bedroom has a King bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a King bed with an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a full bathroom next door.

Communal outdoor hot tubs and a sauna are available to soothe tired muscles. Individual ski lockers are located by the front doors, so there is no need to carry skis and snowboards back and forth to your room. Park in the secure heated underground garage and take the elevator up to this 3rd-floor condo. The clearance of the garage is 7'4". Overflow parking is available in the North Alpine Lot for an additional charge during the winter; summer parking is free. Shared laundry facilities are located on both the first and fourth floors.

It is a short walk to the Super B "6-pack" express chairlift, which takes you 2,000 vertical feet up to the top of the mountain. Be skiing or riding Colorado powder in minutes! The Super B chairlift accesses intermediate and advanced terrain. To reach West Village and beginner terrain, take advantage of the free "Copper Coach" shuttle service. The Copper Coach will pick you up from the condo and take you anywhere in Copper Mountain, just give them a call. Another option is to walk to the bus stop across the street in front of Copper Station. The bus comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season and will take you to either Center or West Village.

Early Season Information: The Super B chairlift is used for Olympic training in November and early December. Public access to this lift is dependent on snow conditions, which can vary early in the season. Typically, public access begins around Thanksgiving but could be as late as the third week of December. For current snow conditions and information about which lifts are open, visit the Copper Mountain website.

Perfect Location

Great experience staying so close. Convenient shuttle system to move between villages. Condo was very comfortable and clean. We would stay here again.

Convenient and well stocked

Overall we had a great stay at CS302. The location was very convenient, parking and check-in were both easy as well. The game room and hot tub were great as well.

Ski Getaway

The property was perfect for two families. We had plenty of space for everyone to hang out after a day on the slopes. Location made it super easy to come back to grab a quick snack or lunch. The property managers were extremely responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Walk to lifts!

My family loved this spacious, comfortable, and perfectly-located condo! My husband & I, our kids, & in-laws each had our own room with beautiful mountain views. The kitchen was well-equipped & a good size for a large group. We also took advantage of the free access to the local athletic club with salt water swimming pool! The absolute best part of this condo, though, is its location: walking distance from the Super Bee lift. It was so nice to roll out of bed & be on the slopes within minutes. We can't wait to visit again!

Nice condo for a family

I loved that this Condo had two King Beds and three rooms. This condo was perfect for our stay this past weekend. The only think I would recommend - we did not have dish towels or rags for the kitchen which made doing dished tough. Also, the couches could use some cleaning - they smelled dusty and looked a little worn. That said the condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

condo was perfect. there was no communication on how the bus system works. no communication on how the copper coach works. when i did get a phone number for copper coach, it was wrong. should have stayed in center village since those lifts fit our ski potential. no communication on restaurants or any activities for the weekend

Family Ski Vacation

Fantastic condo

This condo was perfect for my family. Clean, nice view of the slopes. Across the street from the shuttle bus stop. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. The kitchen was well furnished for cooking. Excellent hot water supply. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Copper Springs

We have booked various condos at Copper over the years and have found Sky Run to not only be the best at pricing, but also with excellent customer service. We especially appreciated being able to checkin before 4pm on our recent trip (we did not expect it , but was really nice to be able to). The welcome note, followup phone call and bottle of wine were very nice and noticed by our group. Sky Run is our first choice when looking to book at Copper.

Labor Day weekend 2019

Loved the condo! Was very nice layout and clean! The only complaint was the furniture. After a long day it would be nice to have some comfortable furniture to relax in. The furniture was the same as what they had in the lobby of the complex. Very hard and not comfortable at all! If not for the furniture, we would have totally loved this place.

Late Spring Break at CS302

Our late spring break trip to Copper and Copper Springs 302 was a last minute decision. We were thrilled to find this unit available for the days we wanted. The location in East Village was great. Just far enough not to hear music or grooming equipment, but a short walk around the clock tower bldg to the Super Bee lift. Sofa beds are generally awful, so the murphy bed was much appreciated!! Thank you for a generous supply of dishes, glasses, & cups. Also, as a corner unit, this condo gave us a bit more space. The negatives: The mattresses need replacing or at the VERY least, a good memory foam topper (esp bedroom by front door; that mattress was so hard/uncomfortable, that our family bought egg-crate foam from Walmart in order to sleep without pain, but it barely helped).

Family ski trip

Location to ski slopes and shuttle bus was great. Condo space was exceptional. Hottubs needed to be replaced. Ski locker not secure when locked. Parking garage ceiling not adequate for luggage carrier and carrier was needed for ski equipment while the alternative was to park a distance away and take shuttle. Management company was attentive.

Great spacious place! Convenient location!

Very nice, comfortable place! Love the larger deck with bbq grill. This location is ideal for just about everything you could possibly want to do in the area. Kitchen has plenty of pots & pans, etc..., but be warned: no extras. There’s coffee & filters, but no cooking oil or even salt & pepper. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing experience! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The condo was beautiful and in immaculate condition! The cleanliness of the property is important to the owners and it showed. It was supplied with any piece of cutlery and dish, pot, or pan you could want along with a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The managers were easily accessible and very friendly and helpful. I would like to see more parking spaces available in the garage, but I don't know if that's possible without negatively affecting other room rentals. Overall great experience and will definitely go back!

Good overall with a few detail flaws and a little overpriced

Generally this place met or exceeded our expectations. However, there were a few details which were overlooked when we were there. First, one of the baths/showers spewed brown water out for 2 to 3 minutes until it cleared. More than likely no one had used it for a while. Another thing was that there was no salt/pepper or non stick spray for the pans. Normally, I would not think much of stuff like this with other rentals but its a bit different for this one given the price to stay there. On the plus, check in was easy. The underground parking was very much appreciated and the location is perfect!
