Thank you for sharing this, and we’re really glad you enjoyed your stay. It’s great to hear the home was extremely clean and matched the photos. On the checkout time: we understand why 11am feels better, especially on departure day. We use a 10am checkout to give our housekeeping team enough time to complete a full, detailed turnover and have the home ready for the next guests on time. That said, when our schedule allows, we’re happy to offer a late checkout. Next time, just message us during your stay and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
