As noted in the listing, we can't guarantee the grill will be working during every stay given limited parts availability on the island, though there's also a grill at the condo pool guests can use. We're always working to keep our dishes and pans updated, and we wish you'd let us know about the worn pans during your stay so we could have brought you new ones. Hi Mike, the homeowners were disappointed to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:- We addressed an issue with a new cleaner who missed several supply checks; they’ve since been coached, and the missing items—including beach towels, body wash, laundry soap, and lightbulbs—were taken care of the next day.- We typically don’t stock tissues as a standard amenity, but we made an exception and purchased some specifically for your stay. As for the wine glasses, our fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, pots, pans, and more; we've since replaced the missing wine glasses, which, due to frequent breakage, are restocked regularly.- We’re sorry for any frustration caused—our manager offered to replace a hard-to-reach lightbulb during your stay, but wasn’t granted access to do so.- We do have regular pest control in place and haven’t received similar bug reports from other guests; if food was left out, that could have contributed to what you experienced.Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.
