* Price is for 6 guests, includes all beds made in the Main house (2 x King beds, 2 x Single beds, 2 x bathrooms.

For larger groups of 7 or 8, a separate studio with 1 bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom and kitchenette can accommodate 2 more guests charged at $40 per person, per night.
The Studio is an optional extra for groups of 3-6 for an extra $80 per night.

FIREWOOD NOTICE:Ā 
Due to a State-wide firewood shortage, firewood will not be supplied during the warmer months November to April. The property is equipped with a reverse-cycle air conditioner ensuring you stay comfortable year-round.Ā 
During the colder months (Mayā€“October), we do our best to provide enough firewood for two nights. Youā€™re also welcome to bring your ownĀ dirt and bark freeĀ firewood or purchase firewood locally from hardware stores or petrol stations in Denmark. This approach helps protect local forests andĀ complies withĀ Western Australiaā€™s biosecurity rules.Ā 

PETS: Ocean Beach House is fully fenced & well-behaved dogs are welcome. Booking this property is automatic acceptance of the following Pet Policy.

PET POLICY:
Pet Fee of $80 per stay.
Maximum 2 dogs (not cats or puppies).
ā€¢ Fully house-trained dogs only inside the property.
ā€¢ No dogs on beds or furniture at any time.
ā€¢ Noise must be kept to a minimumā€”excessive barking/howling is not permitted.

The house was even nicer than the photos showed. Beautiful location on the edge of town making it peaceful. Views to the water. . Plenty of undercover parking. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of everything. Agent was very easy to contact and quick to respond to questions.

Ocean Beach House is a beautifully presented and well equipped home. Great views of the inlet and ocean from the upper deck and living area. The large kitchen looks like it has been recently renovated, all the appliances are new and it has everything you need to cook up a storm. The whole house is spacious, with lots of natural light flooding in. Location is excellent, we will definitely be back!

Beautifully presented and spacious house, that has heaps of room for eight guests. Great views from the upstairs living area and verandah, and has everything that you could possibly need for your stay. Excellent communication and smooth check-in process and the digital guide was fantastic, so easy to use. We're already planning our next stay!

All the essentials and more

A large spacious house with lovely views of the inlet. What really impressed us is what is in the house. So many holiday homes are poorly equipped but not the Ocean Beach House. All the appliance you need and an excellent selection pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Heads up to Southern Coast Escapes for excellent communications before and during our stay. We will be back.

Had a wonderful stay and the house was perfect for 8ppl, very well appointed and had all the amenities required. Only some small issues to look into - but have advised the property manager directly and hopefully they can be rectified for the next visitor. Would stay here again! House was

Absolutely stunning! Our stay at the newly renovated Ocean Beach House in Denmark was nothing short of magical. From the breathtaking ocean/inlet views to the cozy, well-appointed modern interiors, comfy beds, great kitchen & fire, walking in was breathtaking. The attention to detail in design and amenities truly elevated our experience. Janine & Gina from Southern Coast Escapes are delightful to deal with, super accomodating, friendly & responsive and ensured our stay was seamless. We couldn't recommend this tranquil retreat more highly. Five stars without hesitation! Canā€™t wait to come back!

Fabulous house for the extended family

We had a great time with extended family and the dog during our stay at Ocean Beach House. With three separate living areas, two balconies and a large fully fenced yard, we all had a chance for a little time to ourselves and be with the family. Even the dog had a great time in the roomy yard. Southern Coast Escapes were great and provided excellent service. Thank you Denmark for another great holiday.

Great place. Some shortcomings

Great place for a group. Well presented home with all you could need. We did experience some issues with cleanliness (dirty bedding, rubbish from previous guests left in bins, dog poo from previous guests in garden) which was frustrating but company apologised. House can be noisy if you are a light sleeper as main road goes very close. Bring ear plugs if so. No air con in bedrooms if that is an issue for you. Otherwise comfortable.

Perfect house

Absolutely loved staying at this property. Photos didnā€™t do it justice as it was even nicer. Laundry with washer and dryer was very handy. Kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of space to chill out. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely Place To Stay

We stayed here so my husband and two daughters could do the Bluff Knoll climb, and have a family weekend away to somewhere we hadnā€™t visited before. From the second we stepped in, we knew that we would enjoy staying in this lovely house. We felt at home straight away, and the house had everything in it that was needed and more. Would highly recommend staying here, and we will be back

Fabulous house. Beautiful view. Very relaxing. Close to amazing beaches. Lights beach is the best dog beach we've ever seen. Expensive after extra fees and charges. Dog door would be good.

Great location but a little noisy

Beautiful and large house about a 30 minute walk to Ocean Beach. House was well provisioned with necessities, and beds were very comfortable. The only real issue was the location next to the main road (it's right on the corner). Although I could see that on the map when I booked, I didn't realise the road would be so busy (especially late at night and early in the morning). Due to the weatherboard construction the sound really carried, especially to the main bedroom in the middle floor. If you're not a light sleeper it would be fine; if you are, either stay in the Master on the top floor or in the self-contained unit on the ground floor.

Excellent short stay

The property was in a great location and had views to Ocean Beach. A well stocked kitchen so we could cook our own meals. The house has separate living areas with comfortable couches and lots of extra touches such as games, DVDs and books. The beds were very comfortable. The check in process was easy. Would highly recommend for families.
