Sedgwick Beach Studio features a Queen bed with Casper cooling mattress and all white linens, settee sofa and a built-in closet. Full bathroom with walk in shower. The small kitchen area has beautiful Quartz countertops, stainless steel bar-sized sink and seating for two. Everything you need including toaster oven, small under counter refrigerator/freezer, convection hot plate, dishes, kitchenware and beverage station with microwave oven and Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cups. Flat screen RokuTV with Spectrum cable channels & high speed internet. All of this in an ultra-efficient, small space. Join the trend & spend your vacation experiencing tiny house living!

STREET PARKING ONLY! Driveway is reserved for our 1BR and 2BR units. We will offer a driveway space to studio guests only if guests in one of the two larger units don't have a car or if one of those units is unoccupied. Uber strongly encouraged! Everything here is very walkable. There are van services that will take you anywhere along Clearwater Beach as well as the Publix grocery store for a small gratuity. Clearwater Beach also has the Jolley Trolley which will take you many places including Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. Publix grocery store will deliver for free on your first online order.

The Sedgwick properties altogether include the 2BR/2BA house situated in front, the 1BR/1 BA cottage at the rear of the house...and THIS, the free-standing beach studio, also behind the main house. This is a 1925 Old Florida beach property that has been completely transformed into one of the finest residential properties on the beach.

Outside you will find a tropically landscaped courtyard with BBQ grill and soft seating, along with the two-level "treehouse deck" providing nice views of the Gulf. The courtyard and deck are shared by guests of the Cottage and Beach Studio, as is the guest laundry room accessed off the deck.

PLEASE NOTE: 14 nights maximum for this accommodation! No smoking anywhere on property as of 5/11/2019.

What's provided: Hi-speed Internet, paper products to get you started (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins), beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, bed linens, bath towels, Iron, Ironing board, Hair dryer, Keurig coffee maker and a small supply of K-cups, creamer & sugar. Kitchen supplied w/ dishes, pots & pans, kitchen essentials. Shared BBQ grill, complimentary guest washer and dryer.
