Domenica Apts 3, Two bedroom Apartment in Laganas

Domenia Apts are three pretty, newly built in 2018 just 4 minutes by car from the beach, located in a quite part of the famous Laganas area in Zakynthos.
Fully equipped self-catering apartments with a shared (only for guests) swimming pool that you can either choose separately with your family or friends or all three together or be neighbors during your shared vacation.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests. Consisted of two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. While a 5th guest can stay on the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is completed by living room and kitchen that is equipped with the necessary appliances and utensils, and the comfortable bathroom with a shower. A bright, apartment with a private air-conditioning and, moreover, a beautiful veranda that overlooks at the garden. The apartments are surrounded by a beautiful garden with swimming pool where you can sunbathe and relax on the sunbeds and enjoy your cool summer nights with the BBQ. Each apartment offers its own private balcony and entrance while the garden area and BBQ area are shared with other guests.

The apartments are located in a quite part of the famous Laganas, only 4 minute drive from the sandy Laganas bay, also you can have access to a swimming pool just across the road at Helios hotel. The "Hora" (= town of Zakynthos) is 8 km from our apartments and its main port, while the distance to the airport of the island is 7km.

There is a common area with a barbecue, garden and swimming pool ,that you can share with the other two apartments.
