Lyric Guesthouse at GratiDude Ranch - Riverside in Leiper's Fork

Enjoy this amazing open-concept guesthouse space that was once a recording studio visited by many of the greats. Once part of Lyric Springs Country Inn, this property was owned by country singer/songwriter and actors Ed and Patsy Bruce and was used often for writers retreats visited by the likes of Johnny Cash. Walk out your front door to the sounds and view of the river. Stroll up and visit our 27 farm pets at the ranch or enjoy one of our monthly Farm to Table dinners or Murder Mystery dinners in-season. Guests will also enjoy an 82” smart TV, or for some outdoor time, enjoy walking down to the beautiful creek.

Majestic Property Hidden Gem!!!

The grounds are enchanting! Full of peaceful nature, with a creek at the foot of the property. The guest house provided all essential needs, very comfortable, welcoming and crystal clean. It is a hidden gem!

Quiet Getaway

Perfect spot for a couple days of R&R. Seems like it is way out in the country... probably only a car an hour goes by. But you are close to Leipers Fork and not too far from Franklin.

Perfect place

So enjoyed our stay! So clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed. We wanted somewhere out a little to enjoy the leaves and "the country" but not too far away from things. Quick drive from Leipers Fork and Franklin. Beautiful setting but also a great t.v. for at night. Will definitely go back!!

Fabulous in every way!

This is a sweet little gem. We loved the location for its country vibe. It was super clean and was exactly as described. Everything you need is there...from kitchen equipment to a towel for your dog. The hosts were gracious enough to let us come up to their home, which is just up the hill, to see and pet their animals. Thank you so much Gratitude Ranch for a great stay!

Great space!

This guesthouse was larger in person than I was expecting from the photos. The main living area was quite big, with a sectional sofa, dining set, additional twin bed, and still plenty of extra room to move about. The loft bed was a favorite for the kids, and the main bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and clean with lots of storage and hooks for hanging towels and swim suits. There is an AC unit that cooled the entire space, although it did feel a bit humid inside for our stay…. But we were there during a heat advisory in the middle of a hot Tennessee summer so that may have had something to do with the humidity!! :) We rented the space in addition to the lodge, so we really appreciated how close it was to the main house. People staying in the guesthouse still felt like part of the group and easily went back and forth from lodge to guest house throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this space!

Wonderful place

We spent Christmas week here and loved it. It was very clean and comfortable, it felt much larger than the pictures show. Kitchen was equipped with plenty to cook with …if you want to. The location is very peaceful not to mention beautiful . I had some of my best sleep here. Jason was an excellent and prompt communicator when we reached out. We will definitely return pn our next visit.

Perfect woods retreat!

I loved our stay! It is much cuter and even larger than the pictures portray. We brought our two dogs and there was plenty of room for them to run by the creek. The guest house was clean and even had a cute Christmas tree set up. There was every attention to detail which made us feel right at home.😊. Even though the internet was a little slow as stated we really had no problem at all. The dish satellite worked perfectly! We were so sad to have to leave and will definitely stay again!

Quiet wooded getaway

Clean, neat, meticulous and every detail in the house was so thoughtful. It was truly the perfect location for a fall break weekend getaway. House was exactly as pictured and described with everything we could need for the weekend. The kids enjoyed the wooded trail, creek and pond (even did a little fishing). The property is beautiful and quiet, truly an autumn destination. Our hosts were also kind enough to let us visit all the farm animals on the main property.

Peaceful, quiet and clean

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the guest house. It was immaculate, tasteful and the views were picturesque. The people who live in the area were super friendly and helpful. There were some of yummy restaurants (Jefferson’s was great) In Fairview, and its close to Nashville, Franklin and Liepers Fork. The only draw back was not having any signal and the Wi-Fi wasn’t stable. We also wish we had had access to the pool, but the owners made it clear it was for the main property only. The rec center has day passes for their pool if you are looking for a swim. We also enjoyed visiting the Gratidude ranch.

Just as advertised

The group highly recommends this guest house, the new feel to the layout gave plenty of room and a privacy for larger families seeking peace away from the main house. The TV is massive and nothing feels "add-on", could stay here if just a single family without wanting. Great stay!

Quiet, Clean and Comfortable!

We loved being out in the countryside and Tennessee is such a beautiful state! The Lyric Guesthouse was exactly as described and very clean. It’s within 20-30 minutes from Franklin, Leipers Fork, parks, restaurants. A little farther to get to Nashville. We loved having a rushing stream nearby too! We would definitely rent this guesthouse again!

Relaxing in clean comfort

Fall in Tennessee was on full display. The property is absolutely gorgeous. We walked around the running creek, enjoying the beauty. The house was clean, the a/c worked really well, and we unplugged from the everyday grind. There is basically no cell service, so plan to truly unplug and relax.

Honeymoon suite

We booked this guesthouse in hopes of having a secluded place to stay while also visiting a large city like Nashville. The guesthouse surpassed my expectations and had everything we needed for our stay. The lodge next door also had guests staying over the weekend, but we had no issues with that. We had great communication with the property owner even though they were also on vacation at the time. Overall, this is a great guesthouse to stay in. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a secluded getaway!

Great Place

Was a great place to stay. Really enjoyed the cabin. Didn't get to explore much else on the property. A little out of the way, it's really tucked back in the woods but that adds to the charm. Would stay again.

Peace and tranquil

This is our second time staying at the Creekside Guesthouse and we were very pleased with everything. Super clean and cute decor; comfortable furniture and beds; well stocked kitchen. The creek across the street is lovely to listen to and the area is so beautiful.
